Netflix will roll out the next season of David Letterman‘s interview show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction later this year, with a typically high-profile list of subjects.

The Odyssey star Matt Damon, Julia Roberts, Jimmy Kimmel and Alex Honnold will join Letterman for the four-episode seventh season. That will bring the show to a total of 35 episodes, including specials (but not two “bonus” episodes from the show’s first two seasons).

My Next Guest features long-form interviews with a single guest each episode. The four subjects for season seven should have plenty to discuss with Letterman: Damon stars in one of the biggest films of the year. Roberts was a favorite guest on Letterman’s network talk shows and has Sam Esmail’s Panic Carefully on the horizon for early 2027. Kimmel, who has had Letterman as a guest on his ABC show several times, is coming off a year where he was briefly suspended and the sitting president called repeatedly for his firing. Honnold, a professional climber, was the star of Netflix’s special Skyscraper Live earlier this year.

Jax Media/Imagine Entertainment and Letterman’s Worldwide Pants, Inc. produce My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. The executive producers are Tom Keaney and Mary Barclay for Worldwide Pants; and Justin Wilkes, Michael Steed, Isabel Richardson and Yolanda T. Cochran for Jax Media/Imagine Entertainment. Tommy Alter, John Nemeth, Hunter Speese and Adam Donnelly of Jax Media/Imagine Entertainment are producers.
