No one tells Martha Stewart what to do — including beauty brands.
The ageless icon shared her full morning routine for Vogue’s “Beauty Secrets” series on Tuesday, revealing that she actually uses Armani Beauty’s “really pretty” Eye Tint Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows on her lips.
“I went to Sephora and bought every color; I love these,” she raved. “Who knew you could use eyeshadow on your lips so effectively?”
Given the product comes in 21 colors — from coppery golds to silver and pink — it must have been quite the Sephora haul.
Stewart’s longtime makeup artist, Daisy Toye, first told Page Six Style about the hack in June, saying the gold eyeshadow in particular looks “fabulous” on her iconic client’s lips.
While Armani doesn’t market the product as a lip gloss, it’s designed to provide buildable, crease-free color for up to 16 hours — and has an ingredient list that includes phosphorescent pearls.
It’s not the only shimmering product Stewart loves, as she told the outlet she’s all about “luminosity.” (“I like my furniture to be shiny, I like my face to be shiny,” she quipped.)

While we can’t all get the lacy silk slip Stewart wore in the video — she says it’s from a Parisian boutique — her bronzer is much easier to come by. Though her makeup artist has raved about Lumi Glotion on multiple occasions, this is the first time Stewart herself has publicly praised the drugstore staple.
“It gives you just that glow that is so important,” she said. “I like to glow.”
“I’ve been a visitor to the Mario Badescu spa for more than 45 years, and I love their products,” said the domestic doyenne.
“This is my what I wear to the gym,” Stewart said of this lightweight tinted SPF, which we’ve also tested and loved.
She mixes it with her own skincare brand‘s A30 serum, saying she applies it “all over” her face and has been using it for “quite awhile now, testing all our samples.”
When we put both the morning serum and the brand’s new A30 Elemental Night Cream to the test last week, we were seriously impressed.
Stewart’s famously loyal to her eyeliners, and her current favorite is this Lancôme pencil. She applied just “a tiny bit” in the video, saying it “helps a lot.”
As for the eyeshadow she actually uses on her eyelids? It’s this palette of shimmery neutrals from Lancôme.
Her routine also includes the brand’s Teint Idole C.E. Skin Transforming Highlighter, which she calls “just beautiful.”
After interviewing Charlotte Tilbury for her podcast, Stewart called the beauty pro “gorgeous” and “amazing.” She’s partial to this bronzer, which she swiped onto her cheekbones after applying her sunscreen and serums.
She also said brushing MAC blush onto the apples of her cheeks is a “very important” step of her routine.
