She’ll always be the queen of glitter.
Mariah Carey treated fans to a very glam performance during Friday’s Winter Olympics 2026 opening ceremony, singing the Italian classic “Volare” along with her own track “Nothing Is Impossible.”
And in true MC fashion, she hit the stage at Milan’s San Siro Stadium decked out in over 300 carats of diamonds valued at a collective $15 million, courtesy of Levuma.
The singer selected a suite of emerald-cut diamond jewelry, including a double-strand necklace, bracelet and drop earrings, all set in platinum.
Set with a staggering 20-carat pendant, Carey’s necklace alone weighs in at a whopping 185 carats; she also sparkled in a 55-carat bracelet and a 66-carat pair of diamond drop earrings.
“For me, true luxury is about emotion, discretion, and timelessness. Seeing Mariah wear our work on such a historic stage is deeply meaningful,” Levuma founder and creative director Ali Khalil shared in a press release.
“It is a powerful expression of what Levuma stands for – quiet strength, purity of design, and exceptional craftsmanship.”
Carey previously wore Levuma jewels for her performance at the 2025 VMAs, where she was honored with the Video Vanguard Award.
While belting out a medley of her greatest hits, the music icon sported 204.38-carat “Rosée Éternelle” diamond necklace and matching chandelier earrings collectively valued at a whopping $10 million.
