Margot Robbie has, quite literally, borrowed a piece from Charlotte Brontë’s own closet for the “Wuthering Heights” UK premiere in London.

What’s more? It’s made of sisters Emily —author of the film’s namesake novel — and Anne Brontë’s hair.

In keeping with the theme, the actress stepped onto the wildflower-lined red carpet on Thursday night wearing a hair-raising Dilara Findikoglu corset gown all tied up in faux braided hair.

Stylist Andrew Mukamal posted a close-up image of the bracelet to his Instagram Story, writing only, “The bracelet of Charlotte.”

Mourning jewelry, though dating back as far as the 16th century, became particularly popular during the Victorian Era. Rings, bracelets, pendants and more were crafted in memorial of deceased loved ones, most often using locks of hair.

Emily and Anne died within six months of one another, in December 1948 and May 1949, respectively.

Upon the death of her sisters, Charlotte commissioned this very bracelet, crafted of both of their hair braided together and intertwined for all eternity.

The clasp is crafted of engraved gold with a large amethyst set in the center and another hanging as a pendant from the base.

Charlotte is said to have worn the bracelet every day, and it now resides at the Brontë Parsonage Museum.

The gown Robbie wore was, perhaps, only outshone by the remarkable piece of history on her wrist.

The true work of art was crafted of sheer silk chiffon, boned at the top corset and crisscrossed with golden braids from tip to toe.

Around her neck was a braided choker that echoed the look of the Brontë bracelet. She also looked to Jessica McCormack for some sparkle, choosing garnet, diamond and pearl earrings along with a 4-carat ruby ring.

It was as though the author had come to life, wrapping herself around Robbie’s frame for the evening.

While the “Wuthering Heights” press tour’s use of method dressing was already set to be one of the best in recent memory, Mukamal and Robbie have truly outdone themselves with the inclusion of the late “Wuthering Heights” author in their latest jaw-dropping look.

And with a week to go until the Emerald Fennell-directed film hits theaters, we can’t imagine how the duo will supersede the latest tied-up look.
