Madonna is returning to the discothèque.

Two decades after the release of her beloved album Confessions on a Dance Floor, the Queen of Pop has been hard at work on a sequel.

“I’m putting my heart and soul into my new music,” she wrote to her Instagram followers in February 2025, “and I can’t wait to share it with you!!”

The timing for the follow-up couldn’t be more perfect, as the original Confessions turned 20 in November 2025.

In addition to its main 12 songs, Confessions on a Dance Floor (Twenty Years Edition) includes three bonus tracks, “Fighting Spirit,” “Super Pop” and “History,” plus remixes of the record’s four singles, “Hung Up,” “Sorry,” “Get Together” and “Jump.”
