Madonna looked worlds away from her usual style as she graced the front row at the Dolce and Gabbana show in Milan.
The star, 67, put on an eye-catching display in one of the designer’s satin black corset dresses and a blonde wig as she joined Anna Wintour at the runway event.
Footage from the show featured Madonna embracing Italian stylists Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.
Showing off her revealing satin dress, the star then joined Anna on the front row, matching the Vogue legend with oversized sunglasses.
She paired the look with sheer tights, an oversized black blazer, patent loafers and a pair of bright blue latex gloves.
Madonna was joined by her boyfriend Akeem Morris, 29, who she has been dating since 2024, for the fashion show.

It comes after it was reported that Madonna’s raunchy new music video is set to ‘push boundaries and reclaim her throne’ as the Queen of Pop.
The singing icon, who has been known for pushing boundaries throughout her career, isn’t planning on stopping her fight anytime soon.
She has been working on a sequel to her 2005 album, Confessions On A Dance Floor, which is set for release this year.
The new album will be her first since 2019’s Madame X.
And behind-the-scenes there has been a lot of preparations underway for Madonna’s racy new video.
A crew of 200 people reportedly descended on a top-secret location in the UK this week to start work on the adventurous video.
‘Madonna could have started drawing her state pension last year! But instead she’s been plotting a massive comeback,’ a source told The Sun.
‘And far from toning herself down, Madonna is ramping up the sex. This music video is going to push boundaries and shock. She has employed a top intimacy co-ordinator to be on set to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and that everything they’re doing is in a controlled environment.
‘Madonna never wants to be pigeonholed and although she’s three years off turning 70, she wants the public to know she is still the ultimate pop sex symbol.’
