Wedding bells are in the air for bar tzar Justin Hemmes and his model girlfriend Madeline Holtznagel.
Madeline, 29, all but confirmed their engagement on Monday after being spotted wearing a giant diamond ring as she stepped off a seaplane outside the waterfront Vaucluse mansion she shares with the Merivale boss, 53.
The blonde was joined by her son Jaeger, one, Justin’s ex-partner Kate Fowler and the former couple’s two children, daughters Alexa, nine, and Saachi, seven.
In a wholesome moment, Kate appeared to congratulate Madeline with an air kiss as they strolled down the sand.
Madeline was dressed for comfort in a cream tracksuit and white sandals, while carrying her belongings in a Gucci tote bag worth $4,000.
Slicking her hair back into a no-fuss chignon, the blonde completed her look with a pair of $1000 Chanel sunglasses and a pair of gold hoop earrings.

The glamorous arrival came after the couple spent the weekend on the NSW South Coast celebrating the opening of Merivale’s newest luxury venture in Narooma, The Whale.
During their trip, Madeline and Justin celebrated their son Jaeger’s first birthday with an intimate family gathering.
Justin and Madeline, together since 2019, have largely kept their family life private, occasionally stepping out at select public events.
The couple are also known for maintaining a blended family environment, having recently stepped out at the opening night of the Tropfest short film festival with Justin’s two eldest children – who he shares with Kate.
Madeline announced the arrival of her first child with the hospitality king on Instagram in June 2025 alongside a gallery of sweet photos.

Madeline had earlier announced the sex of their baby in an interview with Stellar magazine, and said she was thrilled because she wanted a ‘new journey’ with Justin.
‘I always thought I was going to have a boy. I knew I was going to be a boy mum,’ she said.

‘Justin has two beautiful little girls, so having a boy, it’s like a whole new journey together.
‘[The baby] is going to be his little best mate.’
She said she previously kept details of her pregnancy private, but was ready to share her journey.
‘I keep a lot of my life private and I don’t share a lot online anyway, so [being pregnant] wasn’t really something that I was going to share online,’ she said.
‘I haven’t posted about it and it’s been nice to have some quiet time off Instagram.
‘But obviously because I am in the public eye and we do get photographed quite a lot, I think now I’m at this point in my pregnancy where it’s nice for me to be able to share some nice photos.’
Madeline is the younger sister of fellow Aussie model Simone Holtznagel, who welcomed her first child, a daughter called Gia, in March 2024 with her now-ex-boyfriend Jono Castano.
