Love Island’s Ovie Soko has revealed why he’ll never return for the show’s All Stars spin-of as his ex-girlfriend India Reynolds heads back into the villa.
The reality star, 33, first appeared on the hit ITV show in 2019 where he finished third place with the influencer, 34, before splitting just a few months later.
As India is all set to return to the show for All Stars on January 14, Ovie has made it clear that he has no plans to make an appearance on the show.
Taking to X, the star shared a selfie in his car with the caption: ‘I’m never going on love island all stars, love the show but I’m 33 guys. I am your uncle now.’
Prior to the dating show, Ovie was a Professional basketball player for the London Lions of the British Basketball League.
He entered the Love Island villa through Casa Amor in Season 5.

He was picked to return to the main villa by Anna Vakili, despite her being coupled with Jordan Hames at the time.
However, Anna’s connection with Jordan eventually led to a breakdown in her pairing with Ovie, leaving him single.
Things looked up for the basketball player when India Reynolds entered the villa just two weeks before the final.
Their romance quickly blossomed and they ended up finishing third-place on the show.
But just four months after leaving the villa, the pair called it quits on their romance.
Speaking about the split at the time, India said: ‘Obviously it’s difficult, but any break-up is difficult. It’s even more difficult when it’s in front of the rest of the world, but I’ll be fine.’
The couple hadn’t managed to see each other for six weeks in the lead-up to their split, but narrowly avoided a run-in on the red carpet at the 2019 Pride Of Britain Awards.
Sources close to the pair claimed India and Ovie’s busy careers since leaving the Mallorca villa had made it increasingly difficult for them to be together.
A source told MailOnline: ‘It’s clear things aren’t exactly rosy between them. They need time to meet up and work things out.

India was the first name to be ‘confirmed’ for the new series of Love Island All Stars.
Reports emerged earlier this month that the influencer already touched down in South Africa to film.
Two months prior, India told she’d be keen to join Love Island All Stars’ cast and give love another shot.
‘I’ve been single for two years, I enjoy it…I haven’t really dated anyone seriously in that time,’ she told The Sun.
‘As much as I would love to find someone, I can’t say I’ve been putting that much time into doing it.
‘But maybe Love Island would be the right thing because then you’re shoved with a load of people.’

The presenter, 30, put on a show-stopping display in a huge white dress, holding a bejeweled golden sceptre as she prepared to welcome a new cohort of famous faces to the ITV show.
Love Island: All Stars Islanders are the best of the best. Having won over the nation and made a name for themselves the first time round, now they’re back in an all new series, set to start next month.
Inspired by the sumptuous world of royal portraits, the new teaser shows an array of paintings which have of course had a Love Island twist to show off hunky abs and bikini bodies.
In the first of a series of trailers for the show’s much-anticipated launch, an artist prepares the final artwork, with a regal host Maya standing for her own portrait.
The artist is heard saying: ‘Madame, it’s finished,’ to which Maya replies: ‘Finished? We’re just getting started.’
ITV announced last week that the start date for the reality dating series is just weeks away and will begin on January 13 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

The news was revealed on the show’s Instagram page alongside a photograph of an invitation which was addressed to ‘dating royalty’.
The white invitation with gold and black writing, read: ‘Dear Islander, as dating royalty, you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star.’
Maya landed the full time role as Love Island’s number one presenter when Laura Whitmore stood down in 2022.
Since then she has hosted Love Island Games, Love Island All Stars and series 11 which went out in June and July.
