Love Island: All Stars’ biggest scandals – from sparring exes to explosive rows and infidelity laid bare

ITV’s much-loved spin-off Love Island: All Stars is just around the corner, with a host of familiar faces set to return to the villa in a bid to find their perfect match. 

Set in Franschhoek, South Africa, the upcoming third series will run for six weeks – one week longer than usual. 

And beloved Islanders from the past 10 years will once again step foot inside the villa, hoping to ignite a spark while dealing with shocking bombshells, brutal new twists, and unresolved tensions.  

Over the past few years, viewers have witnessed everything from sparring exes to explosive rows, infidelity being laid bare, and strong connections being tested. 

Now, ahead of the season three launch show, Daily Mail takes a look back at some of the spin-off show’s biggest scandals. 

2025: Luca Bish and Scott Thomas’s fierce falling out 

Former pals Luca Bish and Scott Thomas left viewers in shock last year after the pair had an explosive row on the show, which left contestant Tina Stinnes in tears. 

The drama all kicked off during a game of truth or dare on Vegas night in the villa, where several secrets were spilt.

Earlier in the day, Scott had admitted to the boys that something was missing with his partner Tina, saying: ‘This girl is so good for me and the fact I’m not buzzing p****s me off.’

The others advised him to keep the comment to himself at the time, with Luca proposing the boys make a ‘pact’ not to say anything to their partners. 

However, when it was Luca’s current partner Grace Jackson’s turn to be asked a truth during Vegas night’s game, Scott laughed and said: ‘I’m not going there.’

Immediately, the other Islanders demanded he say what he was thinking, with Scott denying: ‘I’ve not got anything! He’s my boy I’m not going to trigger his missus.’

But Luca was annoyed Scott was suggesting something, saying: ‘Then don’t say it like you’ve got something and then don’t do it. You’ve obviously got something to say. Say it, if you want to go there then go there.’

As tension escalated, Scott shot back: ‘Bro I’m being respectful to you’, but a riled up Luca said: ‘I don’t give a f*** about respectful. Say what you’ve gotta say and that’s it, just f***ing say it!’

This enraged Scott, who got up in Luca’s face to say: ‘Who the f*** are you talking to? Are you stupid bro? I’m trying to respectful to you’ as the others tried to pull the boys apart.

The girls tried to calm the raging men down, saying: ‘Stop it, stop it! You’re friends, there’s no need’, but Scott continued: ‘Are you insecure or what? Wow, insecure man.’

As everyone tried to get on with the game, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu dared Luca to kiss someone on the cheek who was in the show for fame.

Luca made a beeline for Scott, saying: ‘I think he wants to get far in here. And that’s why you’re with Tina and you’re not feeling it’. 

A shocked Tina asked: ‘F*** off are you joking? You’re not feeling it?’ as Scott muttered: ‘Wow this guy, who even are you, bro?’

Upset, Tina asked: ‘Why me? What the f*** have I got to do with anything?’ as Scott angrily told Luca: ‘You’re a different breed’ and Luca fumed: ‘I cant’ be a**ed with it. Scott’.

Tina burst into tears and stormed off while the girls went to comfort her, as she cried: ‘No I’m not doing this. It’s f***ing rude. I’m sorry, but what the f***!? That’s not okay! Why the f*** is he saying that s***?’

Scott fumed: ‘Who is this guy bro? Who are you man? There’s no coming back from that. We’re meant to be boys, what have you just done man?’ 

2024: Exes Callum Jones and Molly Smith reunite

Love Island exes Callum Jones and Molly Smith were given quite the shock as they both entered the villa as bombshells at the start of the 2024 series.

The former couple met when Molly was a Casa Amor bombshell on the 2020 season and went on to have a three-year relationship, even moving in together in Manchester, before splitting in 2023. 

However, just six months after breaking up, they had an awkward on-screen reunion when they both shockingly entered the South African villa during the All Stars launch.

Callum was revealed to be the first bombshell shaking things up in the villa directly after host Maya Jama coupled up the main line-up of former show legends.

However, in an epic and very unexpected twist, Molly walked in directly after him as a second bombshell, leaving Callum completely stunned.

Upon her entrance, Callum was wide-eyed as Molly strutted her stuff through the doors, leaving the rest of the villa reeling at the very uncomfortable reunion.

Maya then explained that Callum would have a choice between stealing one of the girls from an existing couple or coupling up with his ex-girlfriend, Molly.

Molly was seen looking unimpressed and rolling her eyes at the prospect of Callum picking her following their break-up, as the pair did not appear to be on good terms.

He picked Molly in the first recoupling, but the pair went on to enjoy connections with other islanders.

2025: Ronnie Vint’s lads’ holiday antics

Last year, Ronnie Vint shocked viewers at home after he kissed Elma Pazar and Kaz Crossley within minutes of each other in the villa’s hidden garden. 

At the time, Ronnie and Elma were coupled up together and took things to another level with a snog – however, Kaz was keen to get to know him too. 

The TV personality pulled him for a chat in the Secret Garden, which left Elma furious as she debriefed with pal Ekin-Su.

Ekin-Su warned her that they would probably be kissing, stirring up the drama as usual.

Viewers reacted to Ronnie kissing both girls, writing on X: ‘Poor Elma, I feel so sorry for her #LoveIslandAllStars.’, 

‘Ronnie it’s actually been five minutes like did he even clean off Elma’s lip gloss ffs #LoveIslandAllStars.’,

‘He hasn’t even washed the first kiss down with water yet #LoveIsland #LoveIslandAllStars.’,

‘RONNIE RONNIE RONNIE… how am I not surprised- the King of Triangles has returned #LoveIslandAllStars.’,

2024: Jake Cornish QUITS within days of entering the villa

In 2024, Jake Cornish dramatically quit Love Island All Stars after just three days in the villa.

The former contestant, 26, who starred on series seven of the show, faced an awkward reunion with ex Liberty Poole, 24, when he entered the South African villa.

Jake decided he ‘couldn’t stay’ after the public voted for the exes to be coupled up together during the launch show.

‘Jake was really shocked to see Liberty in the villa – they had no idea the other person would be there,’ a source told The Sun.

‘It was clear from the start they wouldn’t get back together, then none of the girls wanted to step forward for him.

‘Jake had a nice three days in the villa and had a very emotional chat to Maya Jama, he couldn’t stay in the villa so he quit the show. It’s not his time and it’s not the right time to find love.’

2025 

 

2024: ‘Messy’ Mitch’s explosive argument with Luis Morrison 

In 2024, ‘Messy Mitch’ got into an explosive argument with Luis Morrison over Demi Jones.

Luis fell out with Mitch after learning the former gas engineer had told some of their fellow Islanders about Luis’s kiss with Demi.

Series one star Luis was chosen by Kaz in the recoupling after they shared a number of flirty chats.

But he was seen sharing a passionate kiss with Demi during one episode, which Mitch had gossiped about, as he was also vying for Demi’s affections.

Luis exploded into a shocking outburst, and summoned Mitch over, raging: ‘Mitch, come here Bruv. You know what you did there, Bruv.’

He went on to brand Mitch a ‘s**t stirring little p***k’ and ordered: ‘Don’t talk to me ever, Bruv’.

Mitch again told him to ‘behave’ and then told Luis to ‘take his hands out of his face’ while their co-stars looked on in shock.

Once things later calmed down, Luis attempted to clear the air, saying: ‘Come here brother, sorry bro…I’m sorry man…I don’t want any rift in here.’

2025: Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard’s unexpected coupling  

The villa was rocked when Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, a surprise bombshell, chose to couple up with Curtis Pritchard. 

Their relationship on the show quickly progressed, and they continued their romance on the outside. 

However, things sadly ended between them just three months after the South African season wrapped.

Curtis, whose brother is former Strictly star AJ Pritchard, first appeared on Love Island in 2019, where he met ex-girlfriend Maura Higgins.

He returned last year for the spin-off series, dating Ekin-Su until their split in July, and has not been linked to anyone since.

Announcing the split on Instagram at the time, she wrote: ‘I wanted to share that Curtis and I have decided to go our separate ways.

‘It’s been a really tough decision, but one made with a lot of love and respect for one another.

‘He’s an incredible person and I’ll always cherish the memories we made both in an out of the villa.’

At the time, many fans branded them a showmance and said they seemed a very unlikely pair.

2024: Anton Danyluk and Mitch’s explosive row 

In 2024, Anton Danyluk was praised by fans when he put Messy Mitch in his place during a tense argument.

The Scot, 29, had firm words for fellow Islander Mitch, 27, from 2023’s series, after his actions caused partner Liberty Poole to run to Anton in tears.

Comforting a distressed Liberty, Anton told her he believed Mitch was chasing ‘clout’ as he spoke constantly about growing his social media following.

When Anton’s suggestion that Mitch does not have noble intentions for Liberty got back to Mitch, he confronted Anton over breaking ‘bro code’.

Mitch declared: ‘You are talking to Lib behind my back, going against me, and it’s not really bro code.’ He then firmly told Anton: ‘Keep your nose out of my business.’

Anton swiftly hit back: ‘There is no bro code. There is right and wrong… I’m telling her my opinion. If your girl comes crying to me asking for advice I will give her my advice. You’ve been together seven days and made her cry twice…’

Unimpressed, Mitch said: ‘You’re just a d**k Anton,’ before calling him a ‘k***head’.

Un-fazed, Anton replied: ‘Look at yourself, don’t look at me. Be a man, not a boy.’

2025: Grace Jackson snaps at Luca Bish 

Love Island: All Stars’ Grace Jackson caused a stir when she snapped at partner Luca Bish to ‘shut the f*** up’ during a tense row. 

The Islanders were taking part in a game of truth or dare, with Luca dared to kiss the Islander – other than who he was coupled up – that was most his type.

Prior to the game starting Grace asked Luca not to kiss bombshell Samie Elishi after she made it clear she was interested in only him when she entered the villa.

Yet despite this, Luca walked around the firepit and snogged Samie – much to the dismay of his furious partner.

Sitting back down beside Grace, Luca looked concerned about what he had done as he put a hand on her leg and asked: ‘You ok? It’s okay if you’re not.’

‘You said you wouldn’t kiss her but you did,’ Grace said, looking angry, before she added: ‘Just shut the f*** up.’

She later turned to him and said: ‘I literally told you I would be uncomfortable if you did that and you did it.’

The game continued but Luca looked over at Ronnie Vint and mouthed: ‘I f***ed up.’

Luca then chimed in after Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu’s to ask that it be the last round – before he stormed off and the episode ended.

 

2024: Toby Aromolaran snatches Georgia Steel from Callum 

In 2024, Love Island: All Stars viewers were left in complete shock when Toby Aromolaran recoupled with Georgia Steel over flame Arabella Chi.

The former footballer hinted he was still interested in Georgia earlier in the episode to Chris Taylor after he previously ditched her to get to know other people.

In the dramatic recoupling, Toby had not told Arabella he was still interested in the brunette beauty.

He said: ‘I’ve been going back and fourth with this.

‘I have her back as much as she has mine. I can see this working on the outside and I have a real opportunity here.

‘Fortune favours brave, so the person I would like to couple up with is…. Georgia’.

Jaws quickly dropped in the South African villa as Georgia made her way to sit with Toby, while Arabella remained standing around the fire, and Georgia’s partner Callum looked over in shock.

Sophie Piper was heard saying: ‘Imagine waiting ’til the recoupling speech and not saying anything to you Arabella’.

ITV2 fans quickly took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to praise Toby for finally ‘bringing the drama’ to the villa.

2025: Kaz Crossley’s ‘bullying’ row  

Love Island become embroiled in a toxicity row after fans accused contestants of ‘bullying’ and ‘picking on’ Kaz Crossley. 

The accusations began soon after Kaz arrived in the villa when she became involved in a love triangle with Ronnie Vint and her friend Elma Pazar.

Fans claimed Kaz was unfairly blamed after the ordeal saw Ronnie kiss both girls before picking Elma to couple up with – before she was branded ‘thirsty’, ‘salty’ and ‘self-absorbed’ in a game. 

During a challenge, the Islanders were given an assortment of sashes with characteristics printed on them.

They then had to place the sash round the co-star they thought fitting of the trait.

Kaz’s sashes were far from positive, with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu branding her ‘thirsty’ while Curtis Pritchard gave her a ‘salty’ sash and Marcel Somerville upset her by saying she was ‘self-absorbed’ 

2024: Georgia S is FINALLY exposed during PDA Awards 

Love Island viewers rejoiced as Georgia Steel’s ‘sneaky’ ways were finally exposed during the dramatic PDA Awards.

The reality star, 25, had been coupled up with Callum Jones, 27, before her head was turned by new arrival Tom Clare, who she had a romantic history with.

Viewers watched as Georgia, who was coupled up with Toby Aromolaran, dismissed her flirty chats with Tom to the other Islanders.

Most notably to her love interest Callum when they shared a night in the hideaway together and she told him he was the only person she wanted to be there with.

However, the villa was rocked when it was revealed that Georgia wasn’t quite as honest as she was making out.

During the nominations for ‘sneakiest islander’, a video clip of each of Georgia’s interactions with Tom was aired for the entire villa.

This included a clip of her approaching Tom following her night away with Callum, where she told him that she still fancied him.

A further video of the pair playing a game of truth or dare showed her telling Tom that she would rather be coupled up with him over Callum.

While viewers watched it play out, her co-stars were none the wiser to her flirty antics with both contestants.

As she was finally exposed during the awards challenge, viewers admitted they were delighted to watch her downfall.

2024: Georgia Harrison ‘sees the ghost of Casey O’Gorman’s grandad’ 

Casey O’Gorman left Love Island All Stars viewers speechless when he revealed why he dumped ‘spiritual’ Georgia Harrison.

The recruitment consultant said he ditched the beauty after she claimed to see the ghost of his dead grandad in a bizarre chat.

He told her that it was ‘a bit too much’ that she made the comments about his late relative when she rang him from a spiritual retreat.

She defended herself saying: ‘I just was on the retreat and I thought I felt a presence that was still around!’

The exes were trying to clear the air after a frosty reunion on the show. 

Earlier in the series, Georgia claimed Casey ghosted her when they dated in the outside world.

Reacting to Casey’s arrival, Georgia told viewers in the Beach Hut: ‘He f***ed me off to be honest. As much as I’m glad to see him here I was really hurt by that situation.

‘I was quite frankly heartbroken about it.’

2025: Casey O’Gorman’s shock return 

Viewers and Islanders were left in shock during season two of Love Island: All Stars when Casey O’Gorman entered the villa for a third time – having failed to find romance on season nine of Love Island and the first All Stars. 

The Islanders all gathered around to welcome him and chat but Kaz Crossley immediately seemed aggravated as Casey began to explain what his type of girl was like.

She pointed out that she is friends with Georgia Harrison, who he had fling with in the past before they then came face to face again in All Stars series one.

Kaz said to Casey in front of all the other Islanders: ‘I’ve heard your have been with a lot of girls. That puts me off.’

While he described his ideal woman Kaz savagely remarked: ‘Love Island girls… outside the Villa, too.’

Casey didn’t take it well and the pair began to argue with Kaz declaring: ‘Georgia is one of my friends and you didn’t treat her well.’

Casey challenged her, saying it was just something ‘you heard’ – but Kaz doubled down saying he had ‘f**ked over’ her friend.

2024: The heartrate challenge raises eyebrows 

In 2024, Molly and Callum awkwardly raised each other’s pulses the most in the heartrate challenge. 

The heart rate game sees the Islanders dress up and perform a series of sexy dances to the group of the opposite sex who gather around the fire pit.

After the boys and girls stripped down to risqué outfits for the steamy challenge, the results revealed that Callum and Molly, who split in 2023, still had a spark for one another.

As Callum and Molly surprisingly got each other’s pulses raised, Tom Clare was left fuming at the results.

Tom and Molly, who are now engaged, landed bottom of the challenge for failing to raise their hearts at all.

Tom had his heart raised by former flame Georgia Steel, while Callum managed to raise his partner Jess Gale’s heart.

Coming out triumphs in the challenge, Sophie Piper and Joshua Ritchie were the only couple to collectively raise each other’s hearts.

Minutes after Georgia Harrison revealed the results, tension quickly rose between Molly, Callum and Tom, leaving the group too stunned for words.

2025: Gabby Allen and Marcel Somerville’s awkward reunion 

Last year, Gabby Allen made a brutal one-word dig at ex Marcel Somerville in a very awkward first encounter. 

In the launch show, the celebrities returned to the villa and settled in with their fellow islanders before they were greeted by host Maya Jama.

However, the atmosphere turned tense pretty quickly between exes Gabby and Marcel when they bumped  into one another after an ice-breaker game about red flags.

Elma Pazar said: ‘Marcel’s going to get every single one!’

Fitness influencer Gabby claimed she hadn’t seen the Blazin’ Squad star, 39, for six years after their relationship ended shortly after their stint in the 2017 series when Marcel cheated on her.

Marcel, who cheated on Gabby when they were on holiday together in Mexico, later pulled Gabby over and asked: ‘Are you okay?’ 

Sharing a friendly hug, Gabby admittted: ‘I have mixed feelings about you. It’s nice to see you, but I also think you’re a k***. Do you know what I mean?’

Marcel replied: ‘We both just lived since innit… it’s bringing back that past.’

Gabby said: ‘It feels weird. When you actually think about what happened, Marce, what the f***?’
