Hong Kong star Louis Koo and his production company One Cool Film have challenged a lawsuit filed against them over an alleged unpaid loan from 2019. In a statement on Sept 4, One Cool Film said the case presented by Sino Hero Ventures, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, was "incomplete". One Cool Film claimed the offshore firm had been removed from the company registry and dissolved for nearly three years, during which they were unable to reach their legally authorised representatives.
