Lindsey Vonn’s Met Monday glow that started long before she hit the carpet.
Fresh off a grueling recovery and her first major public appearance since a devastating Olympic crash, the decorated skier arrived at the 2026 Met Gala looking luminous.
And while her custom Thom Browne gown — crafted to resemble Greco-Roman marble statues — did plenty of the talking, her radiant skin also stole the spotlight.
According to behind-the-scenes details, Vonn prepped her complexion with the Pure Daily Care NuDerma High Frequency Wand — a portable skincare device designed to deliver gentle electrical currents to help boost circulation, while energizing and oxygenating skin at the cellular level.
“After cleansing and pat drying the skin, I used the Pure Daily Care NuDerma Clinical Portable Skin Therapy Wand,” her makeup artist, Georgi Sandev, said in a press release, explaining that he started on power level 1 to “establish comfort level” before continuing the treatment at level 2.
He then used the “Tongue Tube” wand under Vonn’s eyes and around her nose, followed by the “Mushroom Tube” on her cheeks, jawline and forehead — plus the “Y-Shape Tube,” for her neck area.
“Let’s get snatched,” he wrote on Instagram, after thanking the brand “for the beautiful skin prep results.”
With Prime shipping, the same device could arrive just in time to be a Mother’s Day gift for anyone who wants spa-adjacent treatments at home.
As for the rest of Vonn’s look, Sandev leaned into the gown’s marble tones with a smoky gray eye, courtesy of Counter’s Lid Glow Cream Shadow.
Meanwhle hair stylist Laura Polko styled the skier’s signature blonde tresses into sleek, side-parted waves that framed her face, without competing with the architectural drama of the dress.
If anything, Vonn’s Met Gala outing proved the prep matters just as much as the look. And sometimes, the hidden secret is a skincare tool you can buy online before brunch.
