Lena Dunham and her husband, Luis Felber, have welcomed a child via a surrogate. The couple, who have been married since September 2021, are now the proud parents of a baby girl, the actress revealed in a Wednesday op-ed in Vogue. We hear the couple are currently in the States and will soon head back to their home in North London, where Felber is from.
