Kourtney Kardashian is keeping up with husband Travis Barker’s sober lifestyle.
The reality star told her Instagram followers on Friday that she hasn’t “drank alcohol in three years.”
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum, 46, made the surprise reveal on her Story while documenting her “fancy Friday.”
In the upload, Kardashian was handed “a little gin mocktail with Ritual [zero-proof] gin.
The non-alcoholic beverage was garnished with two pieces of sister Khloé Kardashian’s Khloud protein popcorn.
Kourtney wrote that her sibling “def[initely] told” the server she had been abstaining from drinking.
She did not provide further insight into her decision to not imbibe.
The “Kardashians” star, notably, has been married to Barker, 50, since 2022 — and the Blink-182 rocker is 17 years sober.
The couple conceived their first child together, son Rocky, in 2023.
The little one arrived that November, and Kourtney confirmed at the Women’s Wear Daily’s Beauty Inc Awards two years later (via Daily Mail) that she still breastfeeds the toddler.
In May 2025, Kourtney opened up about her attachment-style parenting tactics — from nursing to contact naps and co-sleeping — on the “Khloé in Wonderland” podcast.
“[We’re] really not separating for as much as possible in the first three years,” the Poosh creator explained in the May 2025 episode, noting that this “really helps nurture” attachment.
In addition to Rocky, Kourtney is the mother of son Mason, 16, daughter Penelope, 13, and son Reign, 11, with her ex Scott Disick.
Kourtney dated Disick, who has long struggled with sobriety, on and off between 2006 and 2015.
During his own appearance on Khloé’s podcast in January 2025, the Talentless creator said he talks to their eldest about “hereditary” alcohol issues “all the time.”
“If I see a problem … then I’ll jump in,” Disick said.
He has made headlines for has rehab stays multiple times over the years, most recently in 2020.
