“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ, has been arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery in Alpharetta, Georgia, Page Six can confirm.
A female classmate has accused the teen of assaulting her in a gym changing area on April 23.
The alleged victim claimed to officials that, while in a co-ed sauna, KJ allegedly forced himself on her despite her saying no, with the “Don’t Be Tardy” alum allegedly attempting “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
Additionally, she accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.
She alleged that when she “finally managed to get away from him … he pulled up his pants and left.”
She did not tell anyone about the alleged assault before going to school the next day, where she “ran into KJ’s girlfriend.”
The alleged victim subsequently left the premises for a Starbucks and contacted her family after experiencing a panic attack, ultimately getting examined at the North Fulton Hospital in Georgia.
Her April 24 examination, per the police report, showed no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.
Police launched an investigation, making their first attempt to contact KJ’s father on May 14 — and speaking to Biermann, 40, four days later, per TMZ.
The retired NFL player told cops he would speak with his son.
KJ was taken into custody on Monday, Page Six can confirm, and he is being held without bond.
He has a hearing scheduled for Sept. 1.
KJ’s lawyer and Zolciak’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Zolciak, 47, gushed about her “incredible” son in an Instagram birthday tribute months ahead of his arrest.
“You give the biggest, best hugs, and I am so proud of the young man you have become,” she wrote in May. “Your work ethic, dedication, discipline, and drive especially when it comes to football 🏈 are truly admirable. Watching you pursue your goals with such determination inspires me.
“No matter how old you get, you will always be my baby, my greatest blessing, and one of my proudest accomplishments,” the Bravolebrity continued at the time. “I am grateful every day that I get to be your mom.”
She and Biermann, who have been navigating a contentious divorce since 2023, co-parent KJ and his siblings — Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12.
Before marrying Biermann in 2011, Zolciak welcomed her eldest daughters Brielle, 29, and Arielle, 24.
