Apart from him, the show also has Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Aditi Sharma, Sumona Chakravarti, Gashmeer Mahajani, Karanveer Mehra, Krishna Shroff, Shalin Bhanot, Abhishek Kumar, Aashish Mehrotra, Shilpa Shinde, and Niyati Fatnani as the contestants.
Post that incident too, we saw many fights and arguments happening in the show every week. Many people have said that Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 is no less than a Bigg Boss. This became a big story in Entertainment News. Everyone has been criticising the show for being controversial like Bigg Boss. Now, Nimrit spoke to BollywoodLife and revealed if the show has becoming controversial now.
Nimrit reacts to KKK 14 becoming controversial
She joked that the marketing team is doing a fabulous job with that. She shared, “Honestly, according to me this was one of the not so controversial batches. All of us were so encouraging of each other. But this is something related to programming and they completely understand what the viewers want to see. So, I don’t think there was anything wrong with the contestants. We pretty got along well with each other and we have a beautiful bond. This is the feedback that we have received on the set from the creatives and from the entire team. But, when one has to present a show, the market is changing so rapidly, the viewers are into the social media and reel culture, the attention span is too short and I think the programming team has a better understanding of what sells.”

“So, I think at the edit they have done it and whatever said and done, it is a business at the end of the day. Numbers are important right now. There are so many households that are surviving because of this particular show. So, I know for a fact that the way they have presented the show has been in sync with what people prefer watching. Maybe people prefer watching a bit of clash. Hence, that is what is being presented, “she added.
