The model, 29, was joined at the iconic Place Vendôme in the French capital by Bridgerton star Simone Ashley, also 29.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon sported the brown transparent-rimmed shades, which boasted black lenses, as she kept warm in a dark grey thin-checked trench coat.
Kendall added some mid-blue high-waisted jeans and a pair of black ballet flats and toted a large black leather handbag for the shoot.
She layered with a black sweater and tied her brunette tresses up during the day out.
Simone, meanwhile, looked nothing short of sensational in an all-black ensemble sporting a black blazer, black tights and black slippers as she let her black hair loose.

It comes after Kendall warred with sister Kylie, 27, as they talked about their differences on their reality TV show The Kardashians on Thursday.
Kylie said: ‘How are we opposite? I think I’m more free-spirited.’
Kendall then snapped back: ‘Excuse me? I don’t know if that was the right term…
‘I’m gonna lose sleep over that.’
The subject came up when Kylie remarked she would love to have her own spin-off TV show apart from The Kardashians with just her Jenner sister.
Earlier this month, Kendall stripped down to a leotard for Beyonce’s Oscar bash while ‘on again’ beau Devin Booker was spotted in Arizona.
The reality TV icon had on a long see-through gown when with her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars party.
But later that evening the cover girl stripped down to a black leotard with no skirt attached for the Bey/Jay party.
