The 58-year-old country superstar put on a composed display as he posed at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, but it was his heavily tattooed hand that drew particular attention.
Keith prominently showcased ink dedicated to Nicole – including a ‘Mary’ tattoo across his fingers, a tribute to the Oscar winner’s middle name, and his symbolic wrist designs linked to their nearly two-decade romance.
Dressed in a casual ensemble, Keith wore a slate blue T-shirt layered beneath a grey blazer, paired with loose cargo trousers and sneakers.
He rolled up his sleeves to reveal his intricate arm tattoos, including his large phoenix design symbolising rebirth and resilience, while strategically crossing his arms to ensure the tribute ink remained visible for photographers.
The public display comes amid ongoing speculation surrounding the fallout from his shock split from Nicole late last year.

Earlier this month, Nicole, 58, made a striking appearance at the 2026 Met Gala alongside daughter Sunday Rose, 17, in what many saw as a united front amid reports of growing tensions within the fractured family.
The Hollywood actress dazzled in a red sequined Chanel gown as she co-chaired fashion’s biggest night, while Sunday made her own splash in a strapless blush Dior gown.
Their affectionate red carpet appearance came shortly after reports emerged that Sunday had unfollowed her father on Instagram, fuelling rumours of a widening divide.
Sources have also claimed that both Sunday and younger sister Faith Margaret, 15, are reluctant to engage with Urban’s rumoured new partner, rising country singer Karley Scott Collins.

According to celebrity reporter Rob Shuter, Sunday and Faith are ‘refusing to meet Urban’s new girlfriend’ as a show of loyalty to their mother.
A family friend told Shuter: ‘The girls are really focused on mum right now. They’re adjusting to all the changes, and it’s natural they want to protect their space.’
Meanwhile, Urban is ‘trying to balance his own life with his daughters’ needs,’ another source divulged.

Reports suggest he is currently based in Nashville, where he is renovating a studio on Music Row while also working on a new breakup-themed album.
The situation has drawn comparisons to Kidman’s earlier divorce from Tom Cruise in 2001, when the former couple agreed to joint custody of their two adopted children, Isabella, now 32, and Connor, 30, who later chose to live primarily with their father.
