Business records obtained by Page Six show Manon Bannerman, who has been on hiatus since February, remains on the books as an official member of the popular girl group. The document, which was filed on July 17, lists all six singers or their respective managers as the owners of Katseye LLC. The development, at the very least, confirms Bannerman, 24, has not officially left the group amid ongoing fan speculation that her break was a soft launch for a formal departure.
