Kate Spade New York’s colorful world is coming to Target.

The playful fashion label’s highly-anticipated spring collab with the mass retailer arrives online at target.com on Saturday, April 12, at 12 a.m. PT/3 a.m. ET and in most Target stores when doors open. The 300-plus range marks Target’s biggest partnership to date, with prices ranging from $5 for candles to $300 for an oh-so-chic women’s bike. The assortment spans women’s, kids, toddler and baby clothing; handbags and accessories; home goods and entertaining essentials; party supplies; and more — and over than half of the collection is priced at $15 and under. (The brand’s regular bags go for about $150 to $400.)

The Kate Spade New York x Target collection brings the statement-making brand’s charming floral and strawberry prints, stripes, polka dots and colorblocked patterns to blazers, puff-sleeved blouses, dresses, jumpsuits, rompers, cardigans and more. There are also tiered ruffled midi tank dresses, scalloped hem shift dresses, strawberry print peplum shirts, white and green eyelet skirts, high-rise wide-legged denim, graphic tees and matching sweaters and jogger pants.

Clothing comes sizes XXS to 4X for women, 18M to 4T for toddlers and 0 to 12M for babies, including in extended sizes and adaptive styles, and there are also mommy-and-me pieces for matching on Mother’s Day and beyond.

It wouldn’t be a Kate Spade collection without the brand’s signature witty mantras: beaded clutches, graphic tees, baseball hats and — of course — the brand’s iconic tote bags are emblazoned with “Life of the Party,” “Champagne & French Fries, “It’s in the Bag” and “Small Fry.”

Other picnic-ready fashion pieces include handbags, bag charms, hair accessories, hats and tech accessories, such as chunky charm bracelets, pearl-embellished basket bucket bags, beaded clutches, costume jewelry, baseball caps, hair claw slips and wicker crescent bags, to name a few.

Party hosts will find joyful bar carts, outdoor umbrellas, folding tables and chairs, tableware, drinkware, disposable paper party dinnerware, serving bowls, melamine plate sets, cake stands, acrylic beverage dispensers, cocktail napkins, game sets and more. Home goods also include portable record players and Bluetooth speakers, candles, disposable cameras, inflatable strawberry-shaped seats, throw blankets, photo frames and much, much more.

Rounding out the hosting must-haves are sweet treats and drink mixers, such as fruit-flavored gummies, chocolate-dipped pretzels, caramel popcorn and potato chip mix, martini olive-inspired white chocolate-covered almonds, prickly pear and lime mixers and spade-shaped shortbread cookies.

The collection also includes Apple cases and accessories for iPhone 15 and 16 and AirPods Pro.

Just like all the retailer’s previous best-selling collabs, shoppers can purchase select Kate Spade New York x Target pieces online for convenient (and free) Drive Up and in-store Order Pickup. Items can be saved online to easily add to carts when the collection is available to buy online Saturday at midnight PT (3 a.m. ET). And those with Target’s Circle 360 membership also enjoy same-day delivery for select online purchases.

A former Mademoiselle accessories editor, fashion designer Kate Spade founded her namesake brand in 1993 and became known for her chic and playful bags. She stepped away from her namesake brand in 2007, a year after it was acquired by the Neiman Marcus Group (then known as Liz Claiborne Inc.) She co-founded luxe womenswear line Frances Valentine in 2016 with best friend Elyce Arons, who will release a book about their longtime friendship on June 17. Spade, who was the aunt of Emmy-winning actress Rachel Brosnahan and sister-in-law of actor David Spade, died in 2018 of an apparent suicide.
