Kapil Sharma’s movie, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, hit the screens on December 12. It is a spiritual sequel to the 2015 blockbuster Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. Nonetheless, the movie had to compete with the blockbuster Dhurandhar, which is a Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna starrer. Nevertheless, Kapil Sharma’s comedy film is slowly but surely trying to make its presence felt in the box office. The film’s first-day collection was Rs 1.85 crore, which can be termed as an average one.

According to initial reports from Sacnilk, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 collected approximately Rs 2.5 crore on its second day, which was the first Saturday. With this, the film’s total earnings in two days reached Rs 4.35 crore. The film recorded an average occupancy of around 21 percent. Despite the heavy competition, the slight increase in collections on Saturday is considered a positive sign for the film as it inches closer to Rs 5 crore.

On the basis of the occupancy statistics for the second day, the evening shows were the ones that attracted the most people. Evening shows were able to attract around 31.66 percent of the total audience. The afternoon shows managed to track down 25 percent of the audience, and the morning shows, on the other hand, were not at all popular, only 8.05 percent of the seats being occupied. As per the media, Bengaluru was the city where the film got the largest number of viewers and also had the highest occupancy.
