Justin Bieber’s longtime personal assistant, Mateo Caldas, has reportedly quit.
The US Sun reported Tuesday that Caldas — who has worked with Justin and his wife, Hailey Bieber, since 2018 — has left his position to focus on his acting career.
It’s unclear if the couple has been able to find another assistant or if they are even hiring another one.
Page Six reached out to Caldas and a rep for Justin for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
This news comes almost two weeks after Justin’s rep told TMZ that the singer was ending “several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.”
His rep further said that this year has been “very transformative” for Justin, 31, who is committed to supporting his wife and their 6-month-old son, Jack Blues.
The rep also denied rumors that the “Peaches” crooner is using drugs.
He said that the gossip surrounding Justin’s physical and mental health was “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”
However, despite his team denying any drug use, the two-time Grammy winner took to social media to troll those who have expressed concern over his behavior over the past two months.
In just one week, he posted a video rapping about being high, another where he smoked a joint and a photo series of him smoking from a glass bong.
Bieber first sparked concern when he appeared to sway uncontrollably while chatting with a pal at Hailey’s Rhode skincare pop-up event in Los Angeles.
A source told Page Six exclusively that Hailey, 28, was “really concerned” for her husband and wasn’t “sure how to manage things at this point.”
“Justin is going through a hard time, and Hailey is doing her best to be there for him, but there’s only so much she can do,” the insider added.
