Justin Bieber admitted he has “anger issues” and that he doesn’t like himself when he becomes “inauthentic.”
The pop singer posted a series of cryptic messages to social media Saturday alongside photos of himself and video playing instruments with a band.
“I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh,” Bieber, 31, wrote with a facepalm emoji.
Three photos accompanied the caption, including one of him with his face down wearing a hoodie, a snap of him when he was younger and a series of cargo shipping containers and a tiny image of what appears to be his son Jack Blues.
Later on Saturday, the “Ghost” singer posted a video of himself playing music with a band.
“I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic,” he captioned the post.
He added, “Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”
The posts come after mounting public worry for the singer’s mental and physical health, though many praised the singer for his candid captions.
Earlier this month, Bieber admitted on Instagram that he’s “always felt unworthy” despite being surrounded by so much love and praise from fans.
And the week before that, he shared, “We have nothing to prove today just the gift of life today to accept and receive. Nothing is owed to us and we don’t owe anyone anything.”
His rep previously slammed rumors of the singer’s drug use, calling the accusations “harmful.”
Despite fan concern, the “Sorry” singer was spotted on a date night Friday with his wife, Hailey Bieber.
He looked well-rested and clean-cut for the outing at celeb hotspot Sushi Park in West Hollywood, Calif.
Their outing comes amid speculation that Selena Gomez’s new album, “I Said I Love You First,” has diss tracks about her famous ex.
Justin and Gomez split for good just months before he married Hailey — with whom he welcomed Jack in August 2024.
