Justin Baldoni has intensified his legal battle against It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds by launching a website, dubbed “Lawsuit Info.”

The site, which has caused quite a stir, includes a timeline of events and never-before-seen texts between Baldoni and Lively. It is linked to the lawsuit where Baldoni has accused Lively and Reynolds of defamation and extortion, after Lively initially filed a lawsuit against Baldoni for sexual harassment.

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal feud

The website features alleged messages between Baldoni, Lively, and Reynolds, providing additional context to their strained relationship. Some texts had previously appeared in court filings, but others were newly revealed.

One text from April 2023, supposedly from Lively, discusses a rewrite of the film’s rooftop scene, where she reportedly told Baldoni:
“If you knew me (in person) longer, you’d have a sense of how flirty and yummy the ball-busting will play. It’s my love language. Spicy and playfully bold, never with teeth.”

Another exchange allegedly shows Reynolds expressing enthusiasm about the project and Baldoni’s involvement. The Deadpool actor reportedly wrote in February 2023:
“I’m excited for you to work together. I’m excited for Blake to crack open her creative piggy bank with someone as dynamic as you. This is gonna be INCREDIBLE… I happen to adore you, Justin.”

Baldoni’s legal team claims these messages undermine Lively’s allegations and support his lawsuit.

Baldoni’s lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist, Leslie Sloane, accuses them of orchestrating a smear campaign against him. His team claims that new evidence backs up his assertions that Lively “colluded for months” to destroy reputations through a “complex web of lies.”

In addition, Baldoni is suing The New York Times for $250 million, alleging libel and false light invasion of privacy after the newspaper published an article detailing Lively’s sexual harassment accusations. His legal team argues that Lively’s claims were weaponised by the media, further damaging his reputation.

Lively, who initially filed her lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024, alleges she was sexually harassed during the production of It Ends With Us. Her claims, detailed in court filings, include instances of inappropriate discussions, unwarranted references to her weight, and Baldoni’s alleged insistence on additional sex scenes.

Her legal team is pushing for a gag order to prevent Baldoni from making further public statements that could influence the jury. They argue that his new website is an attempt to manipulate public opinion.
