Justin Baldoni is saying goodbye to his Southern California mansion as the legal drama between him and Blake Lively rages on.

The 42-year-old filmmaker and his wife, Emily Baldoni, put their Ojai, Calif., property on the market for $8.9 million on Friday, according to property records. Baldoni reportedly bought it for $2.12 million in 2020.

Described as a “rare retreat style compound,” the estate features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and over 5,200 square feet of space, per the Sotheby’s listing.

The compound is also spread out across more than 10 acres of land and features unobstructed views of the nearby Topatopa Mountains and Ojai’s iconic “Pink Moment” sunsets.

As for amenities, the property includes a yoga dome and a guest dome imported from Poland, as well as a custom-built tiny house and a “regenerative orchard” with fruit and avocado trees.

Other outdoor amenities include a saltwater pool, an in-ground trampoline, a putting green, both pickleball and basketball courts, a fire pit area, several walking paths and a koi pond with a waterfall.

Justin and his wife married in July 2013. They share a daughter, Maiya, 10, and a son, Maxwell, 8.

The couple opened up about their multimillion-dollar Ojai pad and how they spent two years remodeling the property during an interview with Architectural Digest in April 2023.

“We worked hard to make this house beautiful. The furniture couldn’t just be an afterthought—we had to have a designer,” the “It Ends With Us” actor and director said at the time.

“Emily and I both have a good design sense, but we needed somebody to help us pick out all of our furniture and present us with options, and that’s exactly what Pottery Barn did,” he added.

Justin’s wife of nearly 13 years went on to describe the property, which they said was inspired by their many trips to Mexico, as their “sanctuary.”

“We also live in such a magical place in Ojai. And so we also wanted to let that inspire our home. We have mountains. There’s rock, stone, water—it’s very earthy, very natural, and absolutely gorgeous,” Emily shared almost three years before putting the mansion on the market.

“We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home,” the Swedish actress added.

Before putting the property on the market, the pair initially listed the place for rent for $40,000 in November, before removing it two months later.

They also purchased a six-bedroom, six-bathroom residence in Nashville over the summer for $3.4 million through a trust, according to property records obtained by The Post, and still maintain a farmhouse they purchased for $1.04 million in Los Angeles in 2017.

Justin’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Meanwhile, their decision to put his Ojai home up for sale comes as the actor and filmmaker’s bitter legal battle with Lively, 38, continues to ramp up.

The “Gossip Girl” alum sued Justin in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment and retaliation. She is seeking more than $160 million in damages from her former “It Ends With Us” co-star and director.

Justin, who has denied Lively’s claims, filed a $400 million countersuit accusing Lively of extortion and defamation in January 2025. That suit has since been dismissed by a judge.

Their trial is scheduled to begin on May 18, 2026.
