Jessica Biel has reportedly slapped Justin Timberlake with a warning she will leave him if his behaviour does not change.
Following a period of intense scrutiny around the singer-actor, actress Jessica, 44, is said to have confronted Justin — former *Nsync star and solo artist behind hits such as SexyBack and Mirrors — after what sources describe as mounting strain on their marriage.
The couple, who married in 2012 and share two sons, Silas, 11, and Phineas, five, have faced renewed public attention following Justin’s 2024 impaired driving arrest in Sag Harbour, New York, and the subsequent release of police bodycam footage from the incident.
The situation has unfolded against the backdrop of Justin’s broader career, which includes acting roles in The Social Network and Palmer, alongside the 45-year-old’s music legacy.
According to reports, Jessica — known for roles in The Sinner and a long career spanning film and television — has now “had it” with the situation and has “issued an ultimatum” over Justin’s conduct.
One insider told the Daily Mail: “There’s not much more she can take.”
Further claims suggest if Justin “messes up again”, Jessica will “pull the trigger” and leave him.
The source added to the Mail Jessica is frustrated with Justin’s schedule and absence from family life, saying she “does everything with the kids” and is “sick of being publicly embarrassed”.
Another source told Page Six the pair’s relationship is continuing despite the difficulties.
They added: “It’s been a tough stretch lately. There’s just been a lot of attention on (Justin) and that’s not easy to deal with.
“(Jessica’s) definitely been frustrated at times and there’s been a lot going on. They’ve had their ups and downs like any couple, but the recent spotlight and his schedule have made things more challenging. That said, it’s not anything close to a breaking point.”
Justin was arrested in June 2024 when he was stopped by police after leaving a dinner with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbour.
He later pleaded guilty to an impaired driving charge in September 2024 and issued a public apology outside the courthouse.
The incident has remained a point of focus for his fans, particularly after bodycam footage was released, prompting further embarrassing headlines for the singer.
Reports at the time indicated Jessica was “not happy about the renewed attention” and preferred to “move past it” while focusing on her family.
The couple have previously faced scrutiny over their relationship, including in 2019 when Justin was photographed holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night out in New York.
Justin later addressed the incident, describing it as a “strong lapse in judgment” and stating that “nothing happened”.
Jessica publicly acknowledged the complexities of their relationship in a social media message marking Justin’s 44th birthday.
She wrote: “Another year growing and evolving and sometimes devolving, with you. Another year laughing about it all.”
The couple have continued to present a united front at public events in recent years while managing the pressures of public life and ongoing media attention.
