Jennifer Lopez worked with her hairstylist Jesus Guerrero in the days leading up to his tragic death.
“Business trip ✨🤎,” Lopez, 55, captioned an Instagram carousel Wednesday of last week.
Though the three photos featured only the multi-hyphenate, she made sure to tag Guerrero as part of her glam team.
Lopez’s signature caramel locks were styled in voluminous waves and cascaded down her shoulders as she rocked a sleek brown suit.
She has not yet posted about the beautician’s passing, and her reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
It’s possible the trip was to Abu Dhabi, where the singer performed a sold-out show last Thursday.
Guerrero’s younger sister, Gris Guerrero, revealed via a GoFundMe announcing his death on Saturday that she was raising money to take “care of his personal belongings and accommodations to bring him home to Houston.”
“It is with a heavy heart that we let the world know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven,” Gris penned of the 34-year-old.
“He is a son, a brother, an uncle, an artist, a friend, and so much more.”
She explained that Jesus — who was “born and raised in Houston … to immigrant parents” — “learned how to work hard and dreamt of taking his skills to the top,” which he was able to accomplish.
His clients included celebrities like Kylie Jenner, who is reportedly covering his funeral costs.
Gris said her late sibling died “very suddenly and unexpectedly” but did not reveal how.
Jesus’ family later wrote in part via his Instagram Story, “We have fallen into tears repeatedly reminiscing and wondering what we could of [sic] done different [sic] to still have him with us.”
Jenner has not yet posted about Jesus’ death but was noticeably absent from Sunday’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, where her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, received an award.
Jenner’s sister Kim Kardashian posted the family was “crushed” by Jesus’s death. “My heart breaks for Kylie and everyone who loved Jesus the way we all did,” she wrote on social media Monday.
