Bennifer 2.0 is one step closer to officially being over.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck settled their divorce less than five months after the actress filed to end their two-year marriage, Page Six can confirm.
Both Lopez and Affleck will reportedly walk away with whatever they individually acquired from various projects during their marriage, according to TMZ.
The “Argo” actor’s stake in him and Matt Damon’s production company, Artists Equity, was reportedly left untouched.
Affleck and Damon founded the company in November 2022 — four months after he wed the “Maid in Manhattan” star.
It’s unclear how the pair agreed to divvy up their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion, which has been sitting on the market for months.
Lopez also plans to drop Affleck from her last name once their divorce is finalized on Feb. 20.
Reps for Lopez and Affleck did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
The settlement was mediated by high-powered LA attorney Laura Wasser. Although the exes reportedly didn’t have a prenuptial agreement, the negotiations seemed to go smoothly.
Lopez and Affleck have remained on good terms and were all smiles while reuniting over the weekend.
On Sunday, the exes were photographed outside of the “Gone Girl” star’s Los Angeles home alongside Lopez’s 16-year-old child Emme, who was carrying a large present.
Affleck’s 12-year-old son, Samuel, also came outside to greet the “On the Floor” singer, who embraced him in a big hug.
Despite the end of their marriage, Affleck and Lopez seemed to be in great spirits as they chatted after spending the holidays apart.
Lopez pulled the plug on their union in August 2024.
