Want to copy Jennifer Aniston’s fitness regimen? You won’t need hours in the gym.
The ageless stars’ arms and abs have been a subject of conversation for years — and now, she’s finally revealing her exact time-saving workouts via a new Pvolve on-demand video series.
“There are days when I only have 10 minutes — and I take them,” Aniston tells Page Six Style exclusively.
“I love a little movement snack — it’s how you build strength that lasts.”
“What makes those 15 minutes powerful is that you’re not just doing one thing,” the “Friends” favorite adds. “With Pvolve, you’re building strength, mobility and stability all at once.”
While Aniston’s been a Pvolve partner for years, this is the first time she and her personal trainer, Dani Coleman, have released an express workout series together on the online streaming platform.
Like most of Pvolve’s classes, you’ll need a few pieces of the brand’s patented equipment to get the most out of them. The resistance balls and bands can be purchased individually or in money-saving sets like Jen’s Arms and Abs Bundle, which is currently $33 off.
The Aniston-approved pack also comes with a month of access to Pvolve’s streaming library, which contains over 1,800 trainer-developed workouts.
“These are the exact workouts I come back to because they work,” the star said in a press release.
Aniston first teamed up with the company in 2023 after a mutual connection introduced her to Coleman, whom she now works out with multiple times a week.
“She started streaming the workouts and wanted to try a personal training session at home; I’ll never forget our first session — we did a full-body workout using our P.band, P.ball and gliders,” the top trainer told Page Six Style last year.
While we can’t all have a personal trainer on payroll, Pvolve just might be the next best thing.
