Jenna Lyons doesn’t care if you change your appearance or not.

When it comes to plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments, the “Real Housewives of New York” star, 56, tells People that there’s no room for judgement from others in such a “personal choice.”

“We’re all so goddamn judgmental,” she told the outlet. “Whatever works for you. I think people need to do what makes sense for them and what feels good for them. I think it’s a really personal choice.”

The former J.Crew president admitted she does “struggle a little bit” with her changing appearance as she ages, and her opinions on procedures are constantly evolving as well.

While she explained her initial thinking was, “Sign me up!,” she now says filler “scares” her because she doesn’t want to lose her expressive facial features.

Instead of reaching for injectables, Lyons turns to a well-oiled skincare routine, literally.

“I love putting on body oil, I love taking a bath, I love getting my gua sha out and laying in bed. I enjoy the process,” she told People.

Despite her own hesitations, Lyons just wants others to do what makes them the happiest. Whether that’s Botox or a BBL, she says, “Have at it.”

Earlier this month, Lyons made her runway debut as she took a turn on the catwalk for Lingua Franca‘s first-ever runway show.

Styled as a bellhop from the iconic Bowery Hotel, Lyons walked her dog Popeye on a leash while wearing a top hat, bear-printed button-up shirt and jeans.

She completed the look with a red overcoat and velvet moccasins — all part of the collection that was inspired by the downtown hotspot.
