Jay-Z’s outing comes after he and Sean “Diddy” Combs were accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at an MTV video music awards afterparty in the early 2000s.
On Sunday, the Grammy winner and Combs were listed in a lawsuit by an unnamed female, who claimed the duo attacked her.
The lawsuit was amended to include Jay-Z’s name after it was originally filed in October with only the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper being named as a defendant.
Per the suit, the victim alleged she went to rest inside a bedroom after she was given a drink at the party and became “woozy.”

On Monday, the “99 Problems” rapper, also filed to dismiss the lawsuit, referring to it as a “cynical and calculated” plan to “force payment of an exorbitant sum of money.”
