The meal also included some Oikos Pro yogurt, a bag of organic black chia seeds, a Lean Body protein shake, a can of Liquid Death water and a box of Zenshi sushi.
Last summer, Jax checked in to an inpatient mental health facility amid his divorce from Brittany Cartwright.
Sources said at the time that he planned on revealing what lead him to go to the treatment center, though he wasn’t ready at that time.
Earlier this week on the Hot Mic podcast, he admitted to battling addiction for over 20 years, adding that he was often high while filming Vanderpump Rules.
‘I have substance issues — primarily with cocaine. It’s hard to say out loud. I’ve been dealing with this on and off since I was 23 and now I’m 45,’ he said.
‘There was times where I would stop doing it but then there were times where I’d go heavy on it,’ he added.
‘I just want to let people know this is a really, really tough disease and it’s a really tough sickness,’ Jax continued.
‘I’ve never said this in my life. So to come out and say that I have an addiction [and] that I have a sickness that I have to work on the rest of my life is a really big deal for me. Obviously, it’s a huge weight lifted off my shoulders,’ he admitted.

‘I’ve been doing it for a long time but the addiction got worse during my divorce and during my separation. I literally lost control. I hit rock bottom and I had to go to rehab,’ he said
Jax confirmed that the stress of his marital strain with Brittany Cartwright is what drove him to rehab after he ‘hit rock bottom.’
‘I’ve been doing it for a long time but the addiction got worse during my divorce and during my separation. I literally lost control. I hit rock bottom and I had to go to rehab,’ he said.
His former VPR co-star Lala Kent recently spoke out about Jax’s addiction issues, stating, ”That is not easy to admit.’
‘This is going to be his journey and his journey only, and he should be the only one to speak on it because none of us know what he’s been through in his life,’ she said.
