Jane Seymour recently appeared on TikTok to give fans a glimpse into her workout routine.

The 75-year-old actress – who celebrated her birthday in February – demonstrated her flexibility and fitness while doing an at-home Pilates session.

She flaunted her figure in a black sports bra and leggings, writing over the clip that she’s ‘staying strong at 75.’

In the caption, she emphasized, ‘Staying strong, stretching, and smiling at 75. I love Pilates!’

Seymour showed off her mastery of multiple machines, including a traditional Pilates reformer.

It comes after she recently gave insight into her daily eating habits.

The 5’4″ beauty is a size 4 and told DailyMail she’s been the same size since she was a teenager.

‘I love the Mediterranean way of eating. It works so well and it tastes good. It includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish,’ she shared.

Another hack she lives by is having one big midday meal.

‘I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn’t until later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it,’ Seymour spilled.

‘I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my backyard, which I love to use.’

For snacks, she munches on nuts like pistachios and cold veggies like cucumbers, celery, and hummus.

‘I do love nuts,’ she said. ‘I am a savory person; I like the salt.’

She advised, ‘If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat. But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shorted.’

Seymour previously discussed her daily routine, highlighting that she always starts with a purposeful stretch.

‘Before you get up, wiggle about like a fish. Let your spine move, and your arms, and your feet,’ she explained, crediting a ballerina friend for introducing the habit. ‘It feels freeing,’ she told People magazine.

And she refuses to let a tight schedule keep her from exercising.

‘Depending on how much time I have, I will do some Pilates-type exercise to wake my body up. If I haven’t had time at home, I will do pliés in costume on set. People laugh at me, but I’ll do that whilst learning lines,’ she admitted.

Her skincare regime is just as particular.

In the shower, she uses Crepe Erase exfoliant from The Body Firm, a brand she’s partnered with for over a decade.

‘It sloughs off all the dead skin cells. If I do that, I know my skin is going to be looking firm and un-crepey,’ she said.
