Katie Price’s new husband lived in a rundown bungalow in Dubai with his dad weeks before marrying the former glamour model – who claims he’s just splashed out £36million on a lavish mansion in the city.
The Daily Mail has found businessman Lee Andrews’ house he recently frequented which resides on a quiet residential street near a six-lane highway.
The white one-storey property is sandwiched between larger and much newer apartment blocks in Al Bada’a, a multi-cultural area popular with families, where the soaring towers of the Jumeirah and Dubai Marina dominate the backdrop.
The setting is a far cry from the glittering adverts depicting the dazzling metropolis of Dubai, which Lee, 41, has called home for 20 years.
Living in the modest bungalow with his dad, despite claiming to be a multi-millionaire, raises further doubts surrounding Lee’s authenticity, which his new fiancée is desperately trying to disprove.
In a recent interview, Katie, 47, claimed she had proof Lee had made the £36million property purchase, as well as other evidence of his alleged huge wealth, in response to claims made by two of his exes that he’s a compulsive liar and a conman.
Indeed, the Daily Mail told how he’s been slapped with a travel ban after he took out a £200,000 mortgage in the name of another ex-partner, without her knowing.
Now his ‘real’ home has been exposed, a friend of one of Lee’s exes hopes Katie may start to realise Lee isn’t what he seems.

Ex-glamour model and mother-of-five Katie, 47, shocked fans when she married the businessman, 41, in Dubai last month following a whirlwind ‘one-week’ romance
The source told the Daily Mail: ‘Lee will say he’s living in luxury and can afford to splash out on mega mansions, it’s just who he is.
‘But if he was as rich as he says he is, why is he living in a bungalow with his dad miles away from the hub of Dubai?
‘He was living there only a few months ago and it’s hardly the most sought-after property.
‘Katie should take one look at this house and hopefully realise that sums up his real wealth.’
The bungalow doesn’t even appear to have a rear garden and a public footpath runs alongside the front of the property, which could raise privacy issues.
And a stack of tiles can be clearly detected on the top of the property, suggesting a previous repair job.
Lee’s ex-fiancee Alana Percival, 32, told the Daily Mail this week about how he ‘lied about everything’ and she ‘never saw any proof about his money’ – or sign of ‘houses or cars’.
Alana, whose nine-month relationship with Lee ended last November – after he proposed in exactly the same fashion as he did with Katie at Dubai’s five-star Burj Al Arab surrounded by rose petals, claims Lee stays in hotels or rents apartments, as well as leaving in the small bungalow with his dad.
During their relationship, they shared a rented flat.
But despite being with him for nearly a year, personal trainer Alana has no idea what Lee does for a living and claims he fed her a web of lies about how he earns his money.
She said: ‘I never knew where he was getting his money from. He used to tell me he was selling bombs, he was an arms dealer, he said that his ex-wife was Putin’s niece, he told me he owned private jets and a yacht, and he lives in a massive house.
‘I never saw the house, he never took me there, he would say, “I will, but I don’t want to show you everything because I don’t really know you”.

The couple looked delighted as they tied the knot in Dubai with Katie wearing a £12 dress from Chinese online marketplace Shein as they wed at the One&Only The Palm hotel
‘He’s a Tinder Swindler. Lee has always wanted to be famous. He always said to me he’s going to be the next Elon Musk; he said you’ve got to be insane, and he would say, and “I am insane”.’
Shortly after they got engaged, Alana discovered he was subject to a travel ban that prevented him from flying to the UK to celebrate with her close family – a revelation she says marked a turning point.
Soon afterwards, she received messages from American woman Crystal Janke, who alleged she had been dating Lee at the same time and claimed he had taken £123,000 from her.
The bombshell accusations brought Alana’s whirlwind engagement to an abrupt end.
Since then, the Daily Mail told how he took out a £200,000 mortgage in the name of PT girlfriend Dina Taji, without her knowing, plus, it was also revealed he spent weeks in prison before his whirlwind relationship with mum-of-five Katie.
The former Loose Women star, who has been married three times previously, shocked fans by marrying Lee in January just two days after getting engaged.
The couple formally registered their marriage on February 17 at Abu Dhabi’s judicial department and Katie has so much trust in her new husband that she declined to sign a prenup before their whirlwind wedding.
The rushed nuptials was met with dismay from her family and their fears went into overdrive after stories about Lee’s shady business deals – and past relationships – became common knowledge.
But despite the many red flags, Katie is adamant she has done her diligence on the businessman – and is ‘happier than ever’.
She said: ‘Of course my family are going to worry, I wouldn’t expect anything different.
‘They love me and they’ve seen me go through so much heartache, and the most horrific times.
‘So I don’t blame them for being p***ed off and angry. They love me and I love them too. But I’m not a kid anymore, I am 47, I can make my own choices, and I will. They have to give me that chance to go and find out for myself.’
She added: ‘I am the happiest I’ve ever been because I love myself. And if you don’t love yourself, you can’t love anyone else.
Lee’s modest bungalow in a run down part of Dubai raises questions about Katie’s claims that her new husband is a multimillionaire who has recently purchased a mansion in the UAE
‘I’ve learned now that I don’t need a man. I always used to need a man in my life, whereas now I don’t need a man, I just want one.
‘So yes, I can reassure everyone at home that I haven’t gone for a conman. I haven’t gone for a scammer. There was no love bombing.
‘I’ve gone for a beautiful human being who genuinely makes me happy, who I’m so in love with.’
