Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi were reportedly finalised for Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming TV serial. Fans were excited to see them coming together for a show. Both, Harshad and Shivangi have been a part of Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Shivangi played the lead role in the second generation story while Harshad was in the third generation story.
They were spotted on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai together and since then everyone wished to see them together. The reports of them coming together for Ekta’s show raised the excitement level. The show is tentatively titled Baaharein.
It was being reported that Shivangi and Harshad have signed the contract and the shooting will begin soon. The show was reportedly going to start after IPL 2025 ends. However, it seems that this is not happening now.
Looks like Shivangi will not be the lead actress opposite Harshad now. Recently, it was being reported that Shivangi will reunite with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai costar Mohsin Khan. They will play the lead roles in Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja’ Jhanak post leap.
Their entry in Jhanak is reportedly finalised. The show is taking a leap soon and we might get to see the iconic jodi of television again. However, nothing has been confirmed officially yet.
But if Shivangi is a part of Jhanak with Mohsin, she might not do Harshad Chopda’s Baaharein. Well, it will be interesting to see what will happen next? Will we get to see the iconic jodi of Mohsin-Shivangi in Jhanak or will it be the fresh pairing of Shivangi-Harshad in Baaharein?
Earlier, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein stars Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Karan Patel were supposed to do Ekta Kapoor’s new show but later plans changed. Pranali Rathod was also considered for the lead role opposite Harshad. However, she is a part of Kumkum Bhagya now.
