Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce dined with sportscaster Erin Andrews at the elusive Auric Room 1915 restaurant inside the ultra-private, members-only club Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana last week.
The intimate Western-inspired supper club and speakeasy made for a perfect hiding spot for the trio thanks to its no-cellphone policy implemented to “protect the privacy of guests,” Page Six has learned.
In fact, guests are required to either leave their cellphones in their cabins or check them at the host stand upon entering the hot spot. With the practice being heavily enforced, diners have access to a house phone for emergencies or “essential matters.”
The eatery, steeped in Montana heritage, is also only accessible through a hidden doorway which requires a “confidential” access code.
Once inside, patrons can enjoy the gorgeous private booths and banquettes as well as a cozy bar, a private kitchen and a cigar terrace with stunning views of the resort.
The establishment has a strict set of guidelines in place to preserve its “exclusivity and historical charm” and ensure a “cohesive and respectful atmosphere.”
The dress code requires gentlemen to wear long pants and denim can only be worn if it is not ripped. In non-summer months, men must also wear collared, long-sleeved button-down shirts or long-sleeve sweaters and in summer months, collared T-shirts can be worn.
Visitors are barred from wearing sneakers, hooded sweatshirts, baseball caps, beanies, athleisure, hunting, gym or ski gear, and men may not wear shorts.
“Guests are encouraged to present themselves in sophisticated Western attire,” the handbook states.
Those who do not adhere to the rules could be denied entry — though the decision is at the discretion of the front desk team.
Along with the practices put in place to ensure the ultimate private dining experience, Swift and Kelce may have also been drawn to the chef’s delectable cuisine.
Some fan-favorite dishes on the menu include a wedge salad, grilled cheese and tomato soup, A5 wagyu beef “sando,” and the Auric Big Mak with “special sauce.”
For the more sophisticated palate, the venue offers caviar service with blini, chips and classic accoutrements, a $72 plate of Maine lobster pappardelle with sweet spot prawn and three cheese Mornay sauce and a bluefin tuna selection featuring O-Toro, Chu-Toro, Akame, fresh wasabi, aged soy, and sweet nikiri.
The bar mixes up equally exquisite options with specialty cocktails including their Midnight Cowboy made with Fat Washed reposado tequila, coffee liquor, vanilla, and crystalized espresso and The 1915 Julep made with cognac, rye, pear liqueur, and mint and La Loba with blanco tequila, passion fruit, poblano liqueur, vanilla, and lime.
Other inventive cocktails on the bar menu include The Burden of Proof made with bourbon, biscotti liqueur, local honey, huckleberries, egg whites, and lemon, and The Gold Rush with vodka, house apple cider, maple syrup, egg whites, and lemon.
Our insider told us this week that Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both 35, are “close friends” with Andrews.
“Travis even jokingly credits Erin with encouraging Taylor to date him,” the source said, adding, “They’re all good friends.”
The “Cruel Summer “singer and Kelce have enjoyed several intimate date nights at some of the world’s top restaurants since they started dating in 2023.
