Maksim Chmerkovskiy enjoyed a dreamy Caribbean escape with his wife, Peta Murgatroyd, to celebrate his 46th year around the sun.
The former “Dancing With the Stars” pros stayed at the ultra-luxurious Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa.
“St. Lucia was the perfect place to slow down and really be present with Peta,” Chmerkovskiy exclusively told Page Six on Thursday.
“Between the ocean, the views, and the quiet moments together, it felt less like a birthday trip and more like a reset,” he continued. “My favorite part was simply waking up, having coffee on the balcony and realizing how grateful I am for this life and this family.”
We’re told Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy — who rang in his birthday on Jan. 17 — stayed in a private suite that currently costs $3,000-a-night.
An insider noted that they appeared to be “keeping a low profile” and “focusing on relaxation and downtime together” throughout the duration of their stay.
“Between enjoying a floating breakfast in their suite’s private swim-up pool, a couple’s massage, jet skiing, and a special birthday dinner, the trip was all about being present and enjoying the downtime,” the source said.
Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd, 39, were able to indulge in their sophisticated suite’s private swim-out pool with spanning views of the water.
Murgatroyd shared some of her own photos from their stay — along with a sweet birthday message to her husband — via Instagram last week.
“This year 2026 is going to be both successful and life changing for you….and I’ll be there by your side every step of the way watching you get what you deserve!” she wrote. “Happy Birthday my love ❤️.”
The resort features 355 rooms and suites hidden within 30 acres of lush landscaping and gardens with breathtaking views of the ocean. Each hideaway comes with a private furnished terrace, 24-hour room service and concierge service and a mini fridge that gets re-stocked daily.
The couple also had the option to upgrade to the destination’s Preferred Club, which would grant them access to an exclusive lounge and other “enhanced amenities,” the website boasts.
We’re told the duo went for a couples massage at the Secrets Spa, which offers other rejuvenating services such as hydrotherapy, sauna and steam rooms, facials and body scrubs. The on-site salon also offers hair treatments and mani-pedis.
While Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd celebrated his birthday with an intimate dinner for two inside their hotel room, there are nine special restaurants on the property with no reservations required.
“Enjoy a wide array of international dishes at our buffet, give into your sweet tooth at the creperie and unwind with freshly brewed coffee at our charming café,” the website states.
Pan-Asian cuisine is served at Himitsu, while French fare is offered at Morgan’s Pier. Fresh Seafood can be found at Oceana, and Italian dishes can be consumed at Portofino. Light bites are also offered at the Barefoot Grill, fresh pastries are baked daily at Le Petit and coffee and snacks are available at Coco Café.
Patrons can also enjoy “unlimited” premium beverages at any of the several bars overlooking the beaches.
Guests are able to partake in many activities offered by the Secrets team. There are three pools to choose from, along with an open-air theater that hosts live shows, themed parties and nightly entertainment.
Several excursions are also available for vacationers to explore the island’s “rich culture and vibrant history.”
The full-service fitness center features state-of-the-art equipment like treadmills, ellipticals and free weights. Those who want to join a class can also sign up for water aerobics and yoga.
While Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd decided to go jet skiing, they also had access to windsurfing, horseback riding, beach volleyball, pickleball, tennis, ping-pong and Billiards.
We’re told the TV personalities were “leaning into slow mornings, time at the spa and easy moments spent together.”
Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd tied the knot in July 2017 and share three kids: Shai, 9, Rio, 2, and 1-year-old Milan.
