Kyle Richards is no stranger to making headlines with her fitness and wellness journeys, and she’s not gatekeeping her secrets.
This week, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star took to Amazon Live to share all of her workout must-haves, saying she’s “definitely” into setting New Year’s resolutions.
“I always love to set intentions for January … I feel like each year I up my game,” she told viewers.

“This is something that I’ve been doing for a while now,” Richards said, explaining that a weighted vest can be “good for your bone density” and “just really takes your average walk and ups your game tenfold.”
The Bravoleb called this supplement blend — which contains vitamins, minerals, probiotics, prebiotics, greens and more — “one-stop shopping.”
From Pop-Tarts to Starbucks drinks, it seems added protein is everywhere these days. But Richards is partial to this smoothie mix, which she blends with a half a banana.
“It’s a great way to get your protein; I’m really focused on getting my protein now,” she said.
While Richards admits to took her “a while” to get behind colostrum, she now calls this Armra formula “magic.”

Richards ditched plastic containers for glass bottles like these, at the recommendation of her daughter Alexia.
“I like the way they look, and they feel clean,” she explained.
