Kim Kardashian and Ray J reportedly reached a secret settlement in 2023 over their infamous 2007 sex tape.

The agreement, which TMZ obtained a copy of on Friday, was executed by the pair and their respective moms, Kris Jenner and Sonja Norwood.

It’s the same settlement that Ray J claimed Kardashian, 45, and Jenner, 70, violated when he sued the pair in November 2025 for discussing the sex tape on Hulu’s “The Kardashians.”

The “One Wish” singer was reportedly paid $6 million to sign the deal.

The agreement, titled “Confidential Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release,” said that the parties agreed to resolve all past and future claims, disputes, causes of action, defenses and alleged losses concerning the sex tape.

In addition, a provision in the deal reportedly stated that the foursome agreed not to “disparage or impugn the character, reputation, integrity, honesty, business or business practices” of each other.

TMZ also reported that the deal shielded Disney and Hulu from liability. (Disney owns Hulu, which broadcasts “The Kardashians”).

Page Six has reached out to Kardashian and Ray J’s reps for comment.

In his lawsuit against Kardashian and Jenner, Ray J claimed they were the ones to release the sex tape — an allegation he first made headlines for in 2022.

He also alleged that their 2023 contract was breached when Kardashian, Kris, Kanye West and Kendall Jenner discussed the sex tape on the Hulu reality show “almost immediately after the Agreement was executed,” according to court documents obtained by Page Six in November.

Ray J’s lawyer argued in the filing that he would “not allow Kardashian and [Kris] to weaponize the judicial system, shirk their contractual obligations, and sacrifice him on the altar of fame.”

The R&B singer’s lawsuit followed the mother-daughter duo suing Ray J in October 2025 for defamation after he claimed to be working with the feds to build a RICO case against both women.

The reality stars claimed in court documents that “no such federal investigation exists.”

In another court filing obtained by Page Six earlier this month, Kardashian and Kris denied Ray J’s claims that they orchestrated the release of the sex tape.

Kris stated in her declaration that Ray J’s allegations are “deeply offensive and harmful.”

“I was absolutely heartbroken, crushed and devastated as a mother to see my daughter in this situation where her most intimate and private moments were exposed to the world,” the momager added.

In Kardashian’s declaration, she said she spent money to combat Ray J’s alleged lies, including going to therapy and working with communications, legal and strategic advisers.

In response, Ray J claimed that his ex and her mom “completely lied about everything.”

“The fact of the matter is, if you lie like that under oath, don’t you go to jail? Don’t you get fined?” he told TMZ.

Ray J and Kardashian dated on and off from 2003 to 2006. Their sex tape was leaked the year after their breakup.
