ABC news anchor Liz Cho and her estranged husband, Josh Elliott, are set to hash out their ongoing divorce issues in a private arbitration. In court papers obtained by Page Six, the exes agreed “voluntarily and without coercion” to resolve their divorce matters in arbitration, which is when a non-biased third party listens to both sides and makes a binding agreement. The issues include ruling on the divorce, deciding alimony, division of property and determining counsel and expert fees.
