A 41-year-old model has revealed the real secret behind her ageless appearance, and insists it has nothing to do with Botox or expensive face creams.

Reede Fox, who lives just a few hours from London, tells Daily Mail her youthful visage often makes people believe she’s in her 20s.

However, while some may be wondering what her cosmetic routine is, Reede says her line-free complexion is all thanks to a simple, healthy lifestyle.

‘Honestly, people expect me to have some insanely strict anti-ageing routine,’ she says.

‘But sometimes I fall asleep with my makeup on or end up using a baby wipe on my face if I’ve run out of cleanser.

‘I swear by good old-fashioned Nivea cream more than expensive products. That said, I am religious about SPF because I think sun damage ages people massively.’

‘I also drink loads of water, eat pretty well, don’t smoke or vape, and try to look after myself generally. Although I do love cocktails at the weekend,’ she explains.

‘I don’t use peptides or anything extreme.

‘I did try one of those red light therapy masks for a while because everyone was raving about them, but I got bored pretty quickly and forgot to keep using it.’

Reede goes on to claim she has never had Botox, ‘which people are always surprised by’, but has tried ‘a small amount of filler over the years’.

‘I definitely think less is more, especially as you get older. I actually think too much filler can end up ageing people rather than making them look younger,’ she says.

‘These days I prefer a much more natural look.

‘I also do face yoga, which honestly looks completely ridiculous while you’re doing it, but I genuinely swear it’s helped with keeping everything toned and lifted.’

The glamorous content creator also puts her youthful appearance down to strict discipline, intense workouts and healthy eating.

Is society too obsessed with quick fixes like Botox instead of valuing healthy habits for youthful looks?

Reede Fox, who lives just a few hours from London, tells Daily Mail her youthful visage often makes people believe she’s in her 20s

She says consistency has been the key to staying in shape, and, after making a comeback to modelling in her 40s, believes she’s in the best shape of her life.

‘I get told all the time that I look way younger than I am,’ she claims. ‘People assume I’m in my late 20s or early 30s. They don’t believe me when I tell them I’m 41.’

She adds: ‘I’m really disciplined with my routine. I get up early, train regularly and eat well. It’s not a quick fix; it’s really just doing the same things over and over.’

Reede typically starts her day at around 5am and focuses heavily on weight training and keeping active.

‘I do a lot of free weights and weightlifting. I’ll also walk every day, even if it’s just on my walking pad at home.

‘It’s about staying active consistently rather than doing anything extreme.’

The model now mainly works out from home, where she is creating her own gym and content space to help keep her routine on track.

Alongside regular exercise, she also follows a structured diet and prepares many of her meals in advance.

However, while some may be wondering what her cosmetic routine is, Reede says her line-free complexion is all thanks to a simple, healthy lifestyle

‘I eat a high-protein diet and I tend to keep my meals quite simple. I meal prep a lot and eat similar things most days,’ she says.

‘I even make my own sourdough. I love knowing exactly what I’m putting into my body.’

Reede says the biggest change compared to her younger years is the amount of effort she now puts into her health and fitness.

‘In your 20s, you can get away with more. I relied a lot on my metabolism back then, but now I have to work for it,’ she says.

‘But I actually feel fitter now than I did in my 20s.’

She also believes confidence plays a massive part in how she looks and feels.

‘I feel way more confident now than I ever did in my 20s,’ Reede adds.

‘I used to be really body-conscious, but now I just wear what I want and don’t care what anyone thinks.’

After taking a 15-year break from the industry, Reede recently returned to modelling and says she is now more successful than ever before.

‘I came back in my 40s and I’m doing better now than I did back then. I think people can see that confidence and that’s what they’re drawn to,’ she says.

Reede goes on to say she feels like she’s in her ‘prime’ and hopes her story will challenge stereotypes and inspire others to feel confident at any age.
