Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds have fully embraced an iconic Australian tradition by doing a shoey on the set their latest series.
Hugh, 58, and Ryan, 49, who are teaming up for a new Disney+ docuseries, were seen drinking from a green high-top Converse sneaker during an on-set break.
In footage shared to social media, Hugh was seen cheerfully pouring a beer into the shoe and then quickly skolling it as cast and crew cheered him on.
Upon finishing, Hugh cheerfully yelled out ‘Yeah!’ and patted his stomach as he handed the shoe to his mate Ryan, so the Canadian-born actor could also give it a try.
Ryan flexed his muscles and then skolled the beer from the shoe in quick time as an impressed Hugh looked on, with the pair cheerfully hugging each other after finishing the Aussie ritual.
However, in a shock moment, a tipsy looking Ryan fell to his knees upon letting go of Hugh, to uproarious laughter as he quickly stood up.
