This quiet luxury brand’s influence is anything but quiet.
While Brochu Walker prioritizes timelessness over trends, it’s hard to deny that it’s having major moment right now — and racking up famous fans like Oprah, Meghan Markle and Gemma Chan in the process.
“Our pieces photograph beautifully, travel well, layer effortlessly and feel special without shouting,” the brand’s creative director, Karine Dubner, tells Page Six Style. “It’s that subtle elegance, that quiet confidence, that I believe truly resonates.”
The brand’s pre-layered Looker knitwear collection has particularly resonated with stars; Martha Stewart and Julia Roberts have both worn versions of the Parson Crew, while Oprah called the Layered V-Neck an “an easy way to look pulled together” on her 2024 “Favorite Things” list.
“[Oprah’s] team reached out, and we later learned she had tried the collection personally,” Dubner recalls. “Having [her] champion the brand was a true honor.”
And while the French creative says one of the brand’s earliest supporters was Jennifer Aniston — setting the tone for “the kind of timeless, understated women who would continue to embrace the brand” — these days, Meghan Markle might be Brochu Walker’s most passionate famous fan.
She wore its designs at least seven times in 2025, sporting her go-to Everyday Cashmere Bright Crew for everything from a James Taylor concert to an LA Dodgers game to a Mother’s Day Instagram post.
“She found the brand on her own, and we’ve been genuinely honored to see her return to Brochu Walker time after time,” Dubner says of the duchess, whose vast collection also includes the Esme Skirt and Cassis Sunglasses.
As for why so many stars are embracing the brand? “Celebrities live fast-moving lives, and they need clothes that look polished without feeling overdone,” Dubner surmises, saying each celebrity sighting proves the designs “resonate on a deeply personal level.”
“From the beginning, my vision was to create a brand that felt quietly confident,” she adds. “Pieces that women reach for every day because they’re beautifully made, emotionally resonant and effortless.”
Below, shop some of Dubner’s personal favorites:
“The ultimate in versatility. Perfect tailoring with a relaxed sensibility.”
“A pure cashmere cocoon, light, luxurious, and ideal from daytime to soirée. It brings a touch of quiet romance to any look.”
“Iconic, flattering and seasonless.”
“Crafted in Italian vegan leather with the attitude of your favorite relaxed jean. It’s everyday chic, with a refined modernity I absolutely adore.”
