Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been revealed. The “Heroes” actress died as a result of the toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine, the Greenville County Coroner’s Office confirmed to Page Six on Tuesday.
