Halle Berry just resurrected one of her most iconic looks ever.
Wednesday night, the “Catwoman” actress attended the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab runway show, looking incredible in the same dress she memorably wore while accepting the Oscar for best actress in 2002.
Thanks to her role in “Monster’s Ball,” Berry was the first black woman in history to take home the accolade, making the gown — which features a burgundy skirt and sheer bodice adorned with floral appliqué — all the more special.
During the extravaganza in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which celebrated 45 years of the Lebanese designer’s esteemed work, Berry sashayed down the runway in the legendary look.
According to The Cut, the dress has been displayed at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, apparently waiting for the actress, 58, to reclaim it.
Berry shared the memorable moment on Instagram, with of video of her smiling at the enthusiastic crowd.
“There are some moments in life that just happen and they change our lives forever! Winning an Academy Award in my @eliesaabworld gown was one of those moments for me!” Berry captioned the clip.
“Thank you Mr. Saab for being a part of the tapestry of my life as we have been inextricably connected for 22 years now! It was my honor to celebrate you and your 1001 Seasons. Here’s wishing you many more glorious years of joy, creativity and glamour!”
Naturally, fellow celebrities and fans couldn’t contain their excitement.
“ICONIC.,” actress Kerry Washington commented. Another person said, “Just as beautiful as the first time.”
“❤️❤️❤️ She never ages! Just glides through the aging process with grace and beauty! FACE CARD NEVER DECLINES!!!!!,” a third wrote.
Over 300 looks were showcased at the event last night, as well as performances from Celine Dion, Jennifer Lopez, Camila Cabello, Nancy Ajram, Monica Bellucci and Amr Diab.
Meanwhile, other notable guests included Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Kelly Rutherford, Helena Christensen, Jourdan Dunn, Adriana Lima and more.
“We condense a lifetime of experience and a journey spanning decades into a single night, setting
the stage for a new beginning,” the namesake designer said in a press release. “Today, we are not simply concluding 45 years of heritage; instead, we are ushering in fresh years, marked by a pivotal moment laden with hope.”
