Singapore's first private assisted living home has opened, and it aims to provide residents with a five-star hospitality experience complete with mahjong rooms, karaoke lounges and a swimming pool. Perennial Living has begun Phase 1 of operations, stated Perennial Holdings in a press release on Tuesday (Aug 18), with the development's assisted living apartments, Perennial Wellness Centre and The Olive restaurant officially opening for business.
