Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer — who broke up almost a decade ago — reached a major agreement in their divorce.
Meyer stated that she and Maguire have reached an agreement on dissolving their marital status in court docs obtained by Page Six.
The exes also agreed to use a private judge to mediate any remaining disputes as they finalize a larger settlement, according to the docs.
The jewelry designer, 49, and the actor, 51, split back in October 2016 after nine years of marriage. They share two children — daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17.
They shared in a joint statement at the time, “After much soul searching and consideration we have made the decision to separate as a couple. As devoted parents, our first priority remains raising our children together with enduring love, respect and friendship.”
Meyer has moved on romantically, getting engaged to music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi in 2024. She confirmed that she gave birth to their first child together, a baby girl, when she posted a sweet Father’s Day tribute to him in June.
The mom of three is still on good terms with her ex-husband. But back in 2022, she admitted that co-parenting with the “Spider-Man” star and “staying on track to stay a family” was hard work.
“It was a choice, and it was trusting in, like, the universe has got our back,” Meyer said during an appearance on “World’s First Podcast.”
“But let me tell you something, the work is a motherf–ker,” she added.
She noted that she would “do anything in the world” for her ex-husband.
“I can’t even explain [it],” she said of their bond. “He is my brother. I love him to death.”
Maguire has made headlines for being romantically linked to women much younger than him. In February, he sparked dating rumors with 21-year-old model and influencer Mishka Silva when they sat together in a box at the 2026 Super Bowl.
In July 2024, he was spotted leaving Michael Rubin’s famous Fourth of July white party with model Lily Chee, 23.
His last public relationship was with model Tatiana Dieteman, whom he dated from 2018 to 2021 and is 17 years his junior.
