Emily Blunt made a Met Gala 2026 statement with a show-stopping body necklace worth half a million dollars.

The $500,000 pearl-and-diamond piece, designed by Mikimoto, took center stage atop the actress’ Ashi Studio corset top and trousers for Monday night’s “Costume Art”-themed event.

The jewelry functioned as “both jewelry and dress,” according to a press release, and featured a “structured diamond collar” with a 21.85-carat pear-shaped morganite centerstone, surrounded by 45.97 carats of diamonds.

From there, “thousands of Akoya pearls” draped over Blunt’s arms.

The 43-year-old didn’t stop there, adding pearl and diamond earrings, as well as two pearl and diamond rings, to her look.

Blunt dubbed the piece “perfect” for the fête’s theme of honoring “the inherent relationship between clothing and the body.”

She explained, “It feels like wearable art and captures the idea of jewelry becoming part of the
garment.”

The Golden Globe winner’s stylist, Jessica Pastor, noted the necklace “became the garment” instead of playing a “supportive role.”

Sparkles aside, Blunt’s corseted top was laced up the back and had black tassels dangling from her shoulders.

The Oscar nominee, who has previously attended the Met Gala in 2016, 2019, 2021 and 2023, kept her hair slicked back for her latest appearance.

Her husband, John Krasinski, was not present for Monday’s star-studded fundraiser.

Blunt did, however, pose for pictures with her sister Felicity Blunt and her brother-in-law — and “Devil Wears Prada 2” co-star — Stanley Tucci.

Emily and Tucci both got stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last week in a joint ceremony.

“We spend far too much time together, and now we’re going to spend even more time together as people trample over us, but that’s fine,” the “Quiet Place” star quipped on Thursday.

She wore more Mikimoto jewelry to the event, matching her pearls to her white Magda Butrym crochet set and sandals.
