Ellie Goulding has given birth to baby No. 2.
The little one is the “Love Me Like You Do” singer’s first child with her boyfriend, Beau Minniear.
“On Friday [March 6] I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. We are totally obsessed with her,” she announced via Instagram Story on Tuesday, which featured a glimpse at her new baby.
“It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness.”
“I will always be in awe of midwives. This addition to my family fills me with so much joy, especially as Arthur is so happy to become a big brother to this little angel.”
She then shared a second Story featuring a chocolate cake that read, “Welcome baby sister.”
The Grammy nominee, 39, is also the mother of son Arthur with her ex-husband Caspar Jopling.
The former couple got married in August 2019, welcoming their baby boy nearly two years later.
Goulding announced their divorce via Instagram Stories in February 2024 and clarified that she had separated from the art dealer, 34, “some time” prior to going public with the news.
“We remain the closest of friends and have been successfully co-parenting with our [son’s] best interests at heart,” she wrote.
Jopling, for his part, told his followers he wanted to make “any final tabloid speculation disappear” as his ex made headlines for PDA with surfing instructor Armando Perez. He moved on with Olivia Wilde the following year.
While it is unclear when Goulding started dating Minniear, 28, the duo went Instagram-official in July 2025.
The actor, at the time, posted a stripped-down photo of Goulding in bed as part of a social media slideshow.
The songwriter debuted her baby bump at the Fashion Awards 2025 in December 2025.
Goulding poked fun at her pregnancy via Instagram at the time, quipping that “AI is crazy these days.”
She put her budding belly on display for a Nylon cover in January and made rare comments about Minniear — without naming him — in the interview.
“I have an amazing boyfriend,” Goulding gushed, reflecting on “coming out of the other side” of her divorce by “meeting a new guy and being excited.”
In a brief mention of their expanding family, the performer said, “It’s a beautiful thing to be able to grow a child, and I feel very lucky that I’m healthy — but it’s not all I am right now.”
