Ellidy Pullin has offloaded her ‘rundown’ Gold Coast apartment.
The investment property, located at Palm Beach and described as a ‘beach shack’, has been sold for a handsome $1.2 million.
The glamorous social media star, 33, listed the chic two-bedroom beachside unit last year.
Ellidy paid $900,000 for the renovated 1970s apartment in June 2023, and had largely used it as a holiday rental.
Freshly renovated and brimming with coastal charm, the light-filled home features spacious open-plan living spaces, bifold doors leading to a sun-drenched deck and a master bedroom with a built-in window seat.
The listing described it as ‘carefree, coastal and charming’ – the kind of breezy beach retreat that ‘instantly makes you smile’.

The apartment sits within the vintage Ocean View Lounge complex, just steps from the sand, and has been operating as a successful Airbnb, generating around $70,000 a year in rental income.
The sale marks another step in Ellidy’s growing property journey.
She recently shifted focus to a new duplex development nearby after purchasing a $3.15 million beachside block in May 2024.
It’s a significant evolution for the influencer-turned-developer, who’s proving she’s as savvy in real estate as she is online.
Ellidy’s life as a jet-setting influencer has recently been in the spotlight after it emerged she had fallen out with the father of her late boyfriend, Olympic snowboarder Alex ‘Chumpy’ Pullin, over the direction of the charity she founded in his name.
The influencer became a household name following Chumpy’s accidental death in 2020, after using his posthumously harvested sperm to conceive their child via IVF.
She went on to raise their daughter Minnie, born in October 2021, as a single mother but is now in a relationship with building contractor Brock Wadsworth.
This month, Chumpy’s dad Chris Pullin told the Daily Mail he was no longer speaking to Ellidy after objecting to the shifting focus of the Chumpy Pullin Foundation, which went from a charity focused on youth sport to one with a mental health mission.

In the background of their rift, Ellidy has emerged as a prominent social media celebrity who seems to live a fast-paced life that’s a world away from widowed Chris’s lonely existence in Eden, on the NSW South Coast.
The mother of one, from the Gold Coast, regularly shares sun-drenched snaps from her exotic travels, including beachside holidays and villas.
Ellidy – who changed her last name from Vlug to Pullin after Chumpy’s death – has also leaned into brand collaborations, some featuring Minnie, promoting companies such as Covergirl, Cetaphil and Breville on social media.
Chumpy drowned in July 2020 in a freak spearfishing accident on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
