Former EastEnders star Des Coleman has reportedly been arrested after he ‘punched his bandmate in his eye’ during a bust up at wedding.
The actor, who played the role of Lenny Wallace in EastEnders from 1996 to 1999, is currently performing as part of Rat Pack tribute act.
He has also featured as a guest weather presenter on Good Morning Britain and ITV News Central.
Des stars as Sammy Davis Jr. in the Rat Pack tribute act alongside Paul Drakeley as Dean Martin and David Alacey as Frank Sinatra.
When performing at a wedding over the weekend Des allegedly left David with an eye ‘full of blood and blurred vision’ after an altercation.
According to reports, he was arrested but later released without charge after Paul explained that David had thrown the first punch.

Speaking to The Sun David explained: ‘He stopped the track in the middle of the performance. He said, “I’m not doing that” and he put another track on.’
David said he told Des to ‘take his money and leave’ which led to Des asking David to step off the stage and into a room at the side.
‘As soon as we got in there, his fists were flying. I couldn’t speak or do anything. I couldn’t see out of my left eye at the time. Now it’s full of blood and I’ve got blurred vision,’ he added.
‘The guests were in shock because there was blood from my eye and nose. They got some ice and called the police.’
MailOnline has contacted Des Coleman’s representative for comment.
During his time on the BBC series his character lived in a squat with pal Huw Edwards (Richard Elis) and made landlord Ian Beale’s (Adam Woodyatt) life a misery.
Following his time on the soap Des also appeared in Casualty before working for BBC News and now ITV News Central where he regularly presents the weather forecast in the Midlands.
When Laura Tobin announced a lengthy break from ITV’s flagship breakfast show in August, Des stepped in to replace her.
Since leaving EastEnders Des has also featured as a guest weather presenter on Good Morning Britain and ITV News Central
The weather presenter told ITV fans that she will take a hiatus from her regular morning slot on the programme to have some downtime.
And fans were delighted to see Des back with one writing: ‘Always good to see Desmond presenting the weather, absolute legend’.
While another added: ‘People think they’re cool and then see Des Coleman doing the weather and realise what cool really is’.
One more commented: ‘Always a ray of sunshine when Des Coleman is on my TV’ and another said: ‘Waking up to Des Coleman on GMB doing the weather has put me in a good mood for this Friday ahead’.
